Second time deposit cash in this branch lost money, not a lot, yesterday deposit $1,000 in Cash , but $10 short, first time few years ago $20 short, something wrong with this branch

Whoever doesn’t like Citibank has to have a communication problem. Citibank are the most cordial and nicest individuals please ask them anything that they will help you. So any negative review please contact management and see if they will help you. Anthony from New York

I will NEVER do business with Citibank , ever again.All of their departments are out sourced to the Philippines. You'll spend 45 minutes being referred around in a circle and come back to the same idiot . 7 times 7 numbers . You invest your money for pennies on the return. Waste of my time!!!
