Prices are reasonable and worth it for the quality of meat and service you get. I’m a customer for life now and will not go anywhere else. Best butcher on Long Island hands down!!!”
“This place is honestly an addiction. Their meat is so much better than everywhere else. There are butchers all over Long Island but none of them are even in the same league. I Can’t recommend this place enough. They have specials almost daily and when they are legitimately giving you 2 additional meals every time you buy whaat you normally would anyway I’m not sure it’s possible to find a better deal. There is atleast 1 item we bought from C&C on our table every night. Even my dogs breakfast and dinner is bought at this store. I never leave reviews for anyone but this place is truly something special for anyone looking for the best quality meat.”

“Didn’t need a lot of food but ordered a half tray of chicken parm which is so basic and sold all over the place. Babylon meat market does it right!! Instead of piling chicken on chicken with cheese and sauce they lay it out on one large tray. Don’t know any places that do it like this. And they delivered a half tray only!! So delicious and generous portions! They don’t skimp on anything!!”

“My 1st time at the store & restaurant. Both are clean & tidy & Halal. Halal meat is always fresh, they cannot sell meat from a sick animal as they carry the burden of sins. Great customer service. The food is delicious, not spicy hot. I had ginger chicken & okra.The butcher cut the meat as I asked. This will be my go to butcher & takeout once I'm at the butcher. Give it a try.”
“Great friendly meat shop with some bare bones produce (for slightly more than supermarket prices). The selection is limited due to the smaller customer base, but the butcher can custom order stuff if demand allows.”

“Every time I enter, I am welcomed with a smile, and the experience here is consistently exceptional. The ingredients are both fresh and imported. My preferred sandwich is the Hot Capicola with fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, olive oil, vinegar, and balsamic glaze; they execute it perfectly every time. The owner is always a pleasure to interact with. I concluded my meal with a delightful cup of espresso. Visiting Joe's spot is always a good decision, and you will never leave feeling disappointed.”

“What a wonderful store ?
The food is phenomenal! They even have a very specific style of sausage, Chevalatta, that my 94y.o. dad used to get all the time from Corona. It's a specialty and they had it! We got sausage filled with broccoli rabe, regular ring sausage, multiple types of taralli, and ravioli.
But what makes it completely worth driving across the county for me was the customer service! Kind, big smiles all around, just an absolutely delight to go there. I found them on a whim driving somewhere else.
I'll definitely be going back and bringing my Dad so he can reminisce as well as get more amazing food!

“Best butcher in town. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Followed butcher's advice for cooking and roast was perfect. Butcher cut back bone before tying prime rib, which made carving a breeze.”
“$$$ to shop there. I mainly buy meat there which is excellent quality. Everything else is overboard on its prices. As an example Boar's Head cold cuts are $1.50 to $2.00 a pound more than supermarkets and it shouldn't be. I purchased their pop corn and the kernels were big and tasty, but too much salt. I would like to buy it again and hope it's made with less salt.”
“Live poultry dressed to your preference, with a fairly wide choice of pulley variety, right here on the island! Was not crowded when I went on a Saturday afternoon, was in and out in 15 minutes. Came here to buy chicken, left with duck and chicken eggs around with dressed poultry.We have been coming to Safety Swim around the block for many years without being aware of this hidden gem.They do mind taking photographs / videos, but are otherwise polite, professional, efficient.”

“For the most part, really like this store. However they are a bit pricey The biggest criticism I have is the quality of their produce. Everytime I purchase their lettuce, cucumbers they inevitably go bad WITHIN A WEEK! I do not purchase produce from them anymore! Everything else is ok”
