Best in the business! The people at Brickwell Cycling and Multisports are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all things bikes. Todd was a great help and very thorough on the length and process for getting my bike built and picking it up. Highly recommend you get your next bike there!!

Went in to ask a few questions, the guy was such a mutt, dismissive and not very helpful. He was a rude, with his one word answers. I love giving business to local small business. Hopefully it was a fluke, I probably will never return just on principal.

Went in today with my son’s broken balance bike, we couldn’t get the adjustable height seat to lock to save our lives, he would just slide off the back of the seat. He was so sad without it, and I was bummed since I couldn’t find it anywhere online, it was a gift two Christmases ago from my husband’s grandmother, and I had hoped that eventually all the kids would use it as they grew into it. We went in and they had us fixed and out the door in five minutes total. They were so kind and didn’t end up charging us for the part since they had one on hand that was also incomplete and would fit our bike. My son was over the moon and rode it all the way home! Now I know where we’ll be buying his next bike when he outgrows this one. Thank you again!!

Great service and super fast! These guys truly amazed me. I had to change some brake pads and change my super73 electric bike to a 10 speed kit. It was super quick and so happy with the outcome. I deff recommend these guys

What a great store. Tod and Russell set the standard of excellent customer service. Not pushy but there to help and engage you. They did great tune up of my Tri bike and took care of a few odds and ends. Very happy - now my go to store.

My adult daughter was in the market for a new bike. She found one in this shop that suited her. The salesman took the time to review the manufacturer website, informed us that they were having a sale, and then honored that price. He went through all of the nuances of the bike with us. When she asked about options (basket, water bottle cage, etc.), he discussed them without any pressure for purchase. He also mentioned that a year of free tune-ups was included in the price.I just can't say enough about the level of customer service in this shop. You could tell that the customers were used to the great service because they patiently waited for team members to finish with the person in front of them rather than getting twisted. Some customers were even offering advice to others...just goes to show if you do the right thing, it's contagious.I'm sending a round of applause and heartfelt appreciation to the team at Brickwell Cycling on Main St in Farmingdale. They made the process very, very easy.A word to the naysayers...yes, you can buy a cheaper bike on Amazon or at a chain store but you get what you pay for. We chose to pay a little more to have the friendly, local face to interact with and professional experience to learn from rather than purchasing a bike in a box and encountering a blank stare when there is an issue.Thanks to the team at Brickwell Cycling! You will be seeing us again soon.

Great products and great Sevices, inconsistent hours, is my concern. A few times I've found the door closed and no way of knowing what to do. For example, I'm here, it's 10:15 and no signs of life in the store.

They always do a great job. They go the extra mile any time I've taken my sons bike in there for service. He's road in there himself many times and they will do adjustments for him and send him on his way. I highly recommend them if you are in need of service or a new bike.
