Wish I could post a negative 5. This guy is a major scammer. Collected a deposit to order parts and never delivered. Won’t answer our calls. Excuse after excuse. Fast talker, dishonest, unscrupulous. “The parts were delayed. I’ll get back to you…. I stopped by and you weren’t home.” Be careful how you treat people, scammer, … karma comes back to you!

Will not call you back. Ordered door with him almost a year ago. I prolonged the installed on my fireplace.
When I called him to measure the door he gave me different stories. The fireplace door guy had a death in the family, his guys had Covid, he also told me he was not that guy to screw anyone over. He did just that. All I wanted was my money back and he can't even return a phone

Imam guy Is absolute trash he’s a liar and a cheater. I cannot believe the audacity of this man. He presents himself as a very nice and decent person at first but then you find out his reality.I am glad, google removed all of his fake 5 star reviews And people have to be beware of this guy

I needed to replace my electric fireplace so I called for service and they came right away to see what we needed. It turns out my unit came in earlier than expected and they called asking me if they can install the next day so my kids can have a brand new electric fireplace for Christmas. The unit was well made and exceeded my expectations. The Installation was done beautifully and the service was impeccable. I will be recommending them to friends and family.
