I am so disappointed with BJ’s in Farmingdale. Like most people, I have been a member of BJ’s before they moved to this location and was located in the back streets (I believe Smith street??) Moving on, today is the third time in two weeks that I needed a product from the top because there wasn’t ANY on the shelf and was told that no one was available to bring it down. One manager said he wasn’t doing it because he was leaving soon. I am just disgusted with how the customer service is terrible and there is no accountability.

Nasty employees. I asked about a dairy product some Spanish short guy ignored me as he was fixing the coffee in the case across from the Fairlife milk. Told me to go find someone else to help me. I couldn’t find another employee on the floor so I went to the deli dept and that employee wasn’t happy to answer my question when I asked if he knew anyone that could help me with milk. I went toward the front and a woman was sampling macaroni and cheese balls, I asked if she knew where I could find a manager and she snapped and said “I don’t work for the store”. I finally found a manager who was ok and did apologize when I told her the store employees were nasty, def deters me from going here again, they are just like Walmart employees.

The cashiers are very rude, they have to know how to deal with customer service. They are not professional.

I have shopped here a multiple times. We are members of BJ’s. This location also has a gas station which is amazing for us. Given the fact that it is a convenient location for us. It is very close to my work almost on the way to home.
They used to sell a lot of good quality shirts, but not a lot anymore. Selection is limited so I would recommend to them that they go back to it having said that BJ’s is good at selling good quality brand-name stuff for a cheap price which is good for a family of seven or eight like us

Yesterday I went to Bj, and the lady at front I think is name is Emely was not helpful at all, we told her that receipt didn’t come up from the printer, and she was with the AirPods and talking so she was like “just take the stuff from the baggin area” and then she left, then a couple came and the same thing happened, they let her know about the issue and she came rude saying to them “you never paid” she said that like 3 times, then the lady show her the receipt and she was “just got at front you don’t need the receipt” never said I am sorry or anything like that to them! Not even to me, she must pay attention to the costumer and not been with both AirPods and talking I understand that closing is not good for her! Not apologize and nothing very bad service from this lady!!

Kathy is very unprofessional and treats her costumers with no care, I have heard a lot of workers have left because of her ignorance, shes has made costumers feel un welcomed with her racism, the rest of the management is great, but she gives the store a very bad tittle and the store would be better without her.

F this place. I only went because they sent me a coupon to rejoin for $20. Now I remember why I let the membership expire. They moved the merch isles around and seem to carry less items than ever before. Lots of BJ brand stuff. They stopped carrying Dixie paper bowls and replaced them with super flimsy BJs brand. Bad produce and freezerburnt bag vegetables. Multiple workers walk around trying to sell you home improvements or phone plans.Worst was the cashier. He complained that I left too many items in my cart, saying he can't do EVERYTHING for me. Other cashiers always told me to keep as many items in the cart as possible, just to keep the barcode up. It's confusing when every cashier does things differently. I wish he just would've asked me nicely to put more items on the belt instead of being rude and talking down to me.
