“I was on the Massapequa Preserve “bicycle path” and far from home when I noticed my rear tire pressure was low. I rode to the old Sunrise Bicycle where I, a many others I know, got their bicycles as kids decades ago.As soon as I opened the door I was pleasantly greeted by Bill. He immediately offered to take a look. I rolled my trusty old (1990’s) TREX Hybrid in and he put her up on the rack. He topped off both tires pressure. He quickly noticed my rear brake was off center and did a necessary adjustment.I was off and riding within minutes. It was like having my own pit crew.I totally recommend using this local gem of bike shop for bicycle purchases and maintenance.☮️ Thank you again Bill.”

“10/10 would recommend this bike shop to anyone i know i went to babylon bike shop first to look for a sarm gx derailleur they were charging 240 for a new one and 75 for a used one and 70 to put on i didnt have enough so i went to this bike shop the viscous cycle they charged 45 for a used derailleur and like 20$ to put on i forgot and also the bolts in my bike were almost out of the housing and the guy fixed it for complete free in under a hour for me babylon bike shop said it would take 2 weeks also when i got back i got pegs for my bike and he put them on right away for 5$ i gave him a 20$ tip for his service best bike shop i ever been to”

“These guys know how to take care of your bike needs. Any bike I bring to them, they get it working. The last time I was having front derailleur issues on my Canyon Endurace and was going to do my first century ride that coming weekend. Well they took care of it very quickly and I was able to use it with no issues and still no issues months later. On top of their skills, they are reasonably priced for basic services and are pleasant to work with. So for me, that’s what I want with my LBS… price, skills and customer service.
