I recently had a great experience with this company. I ordered a table and they were willing to hold it for me for nearly 11 months while I waited on new construction to be completed. I also asked them to paint the base for me. They did not have to be reminded, and the piece looks beautiful. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and easy to deal with. The table was delivered on time and set up quickly. I would highly recommend.

***WARNING*** I ordered a coffee table from Stephanie Cohen Home (also doing business as Benjamin Rosin Home) that was delivered damaged. Not just a little scratch either - like got squished in transit, completely unrepairable. So the delivery company said you can keep it if you want for now, they'll send a new one. Well turns out that that was the last one there is, so they said the delivery company would coordinate picking it up. Well it's two months later and this delivery company says they are still waiting on Stephanie Cohen and they don't have a "pick up slip" to retrieve the table. I keep making appointments, moving heaven and earth to be home for them, and then when I call to confirm they say they can't pick it up. Stephanie Cohen won't give me a refund until they have the damaged table, but they also won't pick it up. I'm not sure if this is some type of scam but I would very much advise you to stay away. I'm not sure what else to do now, I'm out $2000 for a broken coffee table that I also can't get rid of.

The rug I ordered is absolutely gorgeous and completes my new guest room perfectly. And it arrived very quickly. Online shopping can be nerve-wracking, worrying about secure checkout, whether the item is the color and quality seen in the ad etc. Very pleased to say there were no issues with this order and I am a happy customer.

I purchased 2 large custom sofas from Benjamin Rugs & Furniture. The entire experience was near perfect! Benny was always quick to respond to my million questions, always patient and always kind! His prices are great too! The type of service I received was something that is rarely found with businesses any more. Benjamin Rugs & Furniture is a gem!

This furniture store backs up what they sell. We bought a beautiful coffee table from them. Stephanie was great! Unfortunately, after several months the fabric underneath the table started to tear. I called them and they came and picked up the table and replaced the entire bottom part. They were a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend them!

Just had a very bad experience - indeed, it's ongoing now as I try to compel the store owner to return my money to me. Protect your hard-earned money by patronizing stores that care about customer service even after they make a sale and that will honor their return policies.....Update: Pleased to report that PayPal decided in my favor and reimbursed the substantial money withheld by this store.

I purchased furniture for both my home and office from Benny. I live in California and they had the best pricing I could find and offered free shipping. The furniture was delivered in the time frame it was promised and their white glove delivery set everything up including putting the bed together. They give great rates and service. I will definitely be using them again. 5 Stars

I have purchased many beautiful pieces of furniture and rugs for myself as well as my design clients. Benny & Stephanie are so helpful and always stand behind what they sell. Its my go to place for indoor as well as outdoor furniture. By far, the best quality furniture store on Rte 110 in Farmingdale. I don't have to go the city to get what I need!
