So many issues with this place. My wife and I went in to buy a baby crib set. Their prices seemed high so we shopped around. They were about $2,000 higher for the same exact set from Baby Bambi. When I asked why, the salesman said “then go there and buy it”. Terrible customer service, I can’t imagine buying anything from this place.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My husband, toddler and I went here to order baby furniture for our baby due in May. We worked with Selena who was very sweet, told us she was a new sales person. We fell in love with a set and got pricing, placed the order, being told we were being given a discount for cash. Upon leaving and reviewing the receipt, we remembered their website states a Presidents' Day sale with free delivery and crib mattress. This wasn't mentioned to us at all during the sale and wasn't included in the invoice. My husband called back, spoke to Benny and was told we would be honored the free mattress but he wouldn't budge on the free delivery- saying he gave us more than the holiday sale price. Mind you- delivery is $299. This didn't sit right with my husband so he went back into the store to get a breakdown of the pricing just to make sure we weren't being ripped off and none of the numbers for the set matched up. They still did not remove the fee for free delivery and Benny was rude, asking "what do you want!?" Instead of honoring what is mentioned ON THEIR WEBSITE. Benny asked us for a review. So here it is :). We cancelled the order, and won't be going back. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Do not recommend. Plenty of other baby furniture stores. Check out Bambi baby for honest sales people and good pricing.

I came here all the way from Connecticut due to no stores in CT having baby furniture on display after speaking to Benny on the phone. I didn't have high expectations and went to Bambi Baby previously. This was a much better experience. The set up of the store was very appealing to the eye where the beds had sheets and mobiles, walls were painted and decorated and set up like actual nurseries where Bambi was just cribs back to back like a factory. You could picture what it would look like and see all of the pieces on display.
Benny was not your typical salesman. He let you look around without breathing down your neck. Then when you were ready to talk, he did a great job explaining the sets and different pieces. He was a pleasure to work with and I am so happy I was able to find a set with 2 dressers and an armorie for our nursery.
Overall worth the 2 hour drive and a pleasant and unstressful experience for an expecting mom.

I’m 24 weeks pregnant and went baby furniture shopping with my mom and aunt. We went to Bambi Baby first and we had a less than stellar experience (overpriced for low quality furniture; bleak set up; no one helpful on the floor; to see prices you needed to scan a QR code but they have no service). A bit dejected, I figured why not try Behr’s? I vaguely remembered it as a kid and I was happy to see it still existed!
And truly what a lovely experience we had! The showroom was huge and beautiful. There was an amazing and expansive selection, so much was on sale, and the incredible Iris was knowledgeable, helpful and knew when to give us space. I cant recommend going to Behr’s enough!
(Also shoutout to Benny who was DJing and honestly played the best music ever. Rock on.)

I worked with Benny and I can't say enough about him! He was amazing! He didn't breathe down your neck, he gave you space but answered every question. It was a pleasant experience! Plus their products are awesome! Great quality! Go see Benny! He'll hook you up!Thanks Benny!!

Was told they price match and when we presented them MULTIPLE valid price matches (including large businesses like Home Depot and Buy Buy Baby) we were told no. Do not waste your time or money with this business. Awful.

Absolutely amazing service! From the minute we stepped into the door to the furniture being delivered. Benny was very patient with us and helped us along the way with ideas for our baby boys nursery. They were kind in waiting for us to set up a delivery date and when we were ready they took no time to schedule it. We called on a Friday and it was delivered the next day! We had wonderful delivery personal who were fast and clean. Thank you to everyone involved, you made this experience painless.

Such an amazing selection! I have bought two bedroom sets from here in the last 2 years. Iris remembered us, helped up and took all of my question phone calls over a few days before purchasing. She worked with us on the price and honestly we couldn’t be happier. Their furniture is top notch quality and so is the staff. Won’t be our last purchase! Thank you

We cannot blame Covid for poor service in this case. We went to specifically buy nursery furniture from Behr's but after the rudest experience was had, my son-in-law said that he would pay more just not to give the salesman Benny his sale! Upon walking in, we get "I don't know what you're looking for but if anyone asks, you're being helped, my name is Benny." Well, when the time came that we needed help I had to search for Benny and it was obvious that i was disturbing him. He said he'll be right with us. So, 10 min later I went to find him again! I get- I'll follow you blondie". So inappropriate! Pretty much he told us that the displayed prices aren't the real prices and he'll price everything out. After giving us his scribble of the new prices, he was done with us - but WE weren't done- my daughter had questions about delivery dates- this man actually rolled his eyes and sighed because he had to turn around & give us more of his precious time. We ended up at Buy Buy Baby where my daughter & son-in-law bought the first set they fell in love with - for $600+ less than the scribble Benny wrote out. The saleswoman at BBB was so pleasant & made the shopping experience what it should be at this exciting time getting ready for a new baby! Will never go back to Behr's.

What a fantastic experience we had with Benny at Behr's furniture for our baby girl's crib & dressers! During the entire process he made me feel like I was constantly a priority, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I felt safe being in the showroom as they take the necessary precautions in response to the COVID climate. Benny kept me updated during production and shipping so I always had a realistic expectation on schedule and there were no surprises. Even the delivery and setup was so smooth (leaving the room spotless after the items were completely assembled). The quality of the furniture we selected is top notch and will be with my baby girl as she grows in the years to come. We will 100% be returning for our next furniture venture as we feel like family!

IN SHORT: shocking that this place is still in business. DO NOT waste your time buying baby furniture here!! It’ll never show and sales reps go MIA.My husband and I came here despite reading all of the recent negative reviews. We tried to keep an open mind about the experience knowing that Behr’s has been around forever (my parents bought my nursery furniture here when they were on Hicksville Rd) and it was reputable and good quality stuff. We went in January when I was 19 weeks pregnant, at the time we felt it was so early to buy furniture but figured better safe than sorry. We worked with Maria who was lovely and actually had asked us to write a review to help boost their ratings. I said I would, but wanted to wait until we received our furniture to give an honest review... I’m glad I waited. We picked out a set with a glider and were quoted 12 to 16 weeks for delivery due to Covid and manufacture delays. We felt that that was a very generous estimate and that they were upfront with that, we had plenty of time to wait and were not worried. After about 10 weeks and not hearing from them we contacted the store multiple times to get an update. We worked with Benny (who was grumpy as hell) and he informed us that the manufacturer is no longer producing our crib and therefore our order has been cancelled. This was information that we found out after contacting them ourselves. We went in the store to discuss our options and eventually settled on an agreement that we would take the floor sample as is and contact the manufacturer ourselves to receive the crib conversion kit and toddler rail, which we did. Next we were waiting on our custom glider which still had a couple of weeks to be completed. We waited and waited and after not receiving any updates from the store, we called them back again for an update only to find out that surprise! the manufacturer was going to be delayed another 6 weeks because they were “waiting on foam for the chair“. This new delay now puts us 2 to 4 weeks PAST our due date and I have zero confidence that it’ll ever be completed at this point. We’re currently working on getting our money back and will look for a glider elsewhere even though most companies now have at least a 4 to 6 week delivery window which again, puts us past our due date. Just unfortunate. Wish I listened to all of the other honest, 1 star reviews. Save yourself the aggravation.

Benny is a horrible sales person.We put a down payment on a dresser to complete our 9 months old furniture. Was told 6 weeks for delivery. We'll it's now 8 weeks and giving us a run a round. We are moving out of state and need before we leave.. been calling for 2 weeks and still no update.no call back as promised. I don't understand how they are still in business. Horribleservice

You guys are an awful place don't know why you guys are still opened. Ordered my furniture in august 7 months ago and finally got it now in febuary. When it came it came all broken and dirty. don't make me wait and then bring it looking like you got it off the street. Disgusting you guys suck.
