I walked in to ask for a quote, sat down with a sales manager who asked for my info at which time i said someone over the phone took my info and gave me a quote about a different style pool. I explained I just started to look and not sure of which style I wanted so this is why I wanted prices. He then blew me off and said to come back with my wife bc he was busy. I asked if he was too busy to help someone who was in the showroom on a Wednesday afternoon at 130. He then reluctantly gave me a price which was way higher than he stated it would be. I would refer the backyard masters as the car salesman of pools. They will do anything to get you in the door then hit you with prices which aren’t true. Would onlyrecommend staying away from this place.

** Spent $10,000 on a hottub that I love but absolutely regret buying it from Dean the ceo at Backyard Masters! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Was sold a defective cover for hottub that was defective less then 6 months of receiving. Dean the ceo gives me the run around and now wont even return my calls. Never in my life have i had such HORRIBLE customer service. This is how he treats customers who spend $10,000. Now i will take my business elsewhere to buy my chemicals, filters, furniture, and pool next year. No customer should ever be treated the way I have!!**

My husband and I came in here and was able to check off majority of our backyard to do list.I came in to just purchase a pool and ended up leaving with not just the pool n dog bed. But I’m coming back real soon to purchase the sauna spa to put in the pool house.Backyards Masters have unique items that are cost effective and will make your backyard pop. Our backyard is pretty big and we didn’t really know exactly where to start/design it. The staff is great. Sales Rep Rich was great help with hubby. Dino and Elise was so helpful with giving us ideas n the store had a great selection to choose from.I fell in love with the Pawbana outdoor pet bed. My dog does not like laying on the floor. The Pawbana pet bed gives her shade from the sun and just the right amount of lift from the floor. The inventor explained it doesn’t rust. Now my baby have a matching day bed (see pics). I will give an updated review after pool and sauna is installed.

I recommend Backyard Masters for all your pool needs. The sales manager, Rich, assisted my husband and I through the entire process. He was very informative and helped us with any questions we had. Out of all the pool places Backyard masters gave us the best price and quality.

I was looking for furniture for my new screen in porch. Overwhelmed I walked into Backyard Masters and lucky for me Lisa was there to greet me. I was unsure of what I actually needed and more importantly, what matched. Lisa with her expertise and amazing design skill helped me navigate.The dining set I loved did not have a matching deck seating selection but Lisa was able to provide me with other blending options. I would never have thought to select what she suggested. However, it is PERFECT. She is a true designer and can visualize outside the box.Honest, professional and patience truly willingly do whatever it takes to make sure you leave excited and happy. A pleasure to work with.

I used Marie from the company and she was the best person I could deal with very professionally and helpful I would recommend them to anyone they put a pool in my home that we totally enjoyed it they came when they said and did a great job from the office to the cleaning up trust me use them if you want a pool or anything else thank you Marie you are nothing but a pleasure to work with

My contractor first brought me to Backyard Masters when I explained that I was looking for a small pool for my yard. From the jump, they were awesome! Maria, Dean and the team worked with me on my needs, educated my on my options, and we ultimately chose the best item for me. A brand new 14ft Swim Spa.Throughout the process, the team was not pushy but did followup and remain engaged with me. They heard my cost concerns and worked on options for me based on my budget.Finally, they were supportive and communicative throughout the process of delivery and setup of the spa. I did have some manufacturer and electrician issues (Listen to Backyard Masters about the importance of a knowledgeable electrician)! Backyard Masters and their technician were with me the entire way to troubleshoot my issues, and get my spa completely up and running.Now that I have been with my spa for about a month, I feel even better about my decision to buy through Backyard Masters. I know that they will be there to support me with any concerns, and they have proven themselves to be wonderful, honest, trustworthy people.Thank you to Maria and the team for a wonderful spa experience, beginning to end!

This spring we bought a semi in ground pool and had no issues. The company had great installation availability and did a beautiful job. A few months later, we were in search of a new, larger patio set. Lisa was our customer service helper and was extremely professional and helpful. We ended up financing the set and she made the process so simple. She was also patient and friendly, not pushy, when I came in with my 3 young kids. I highly recommend Backyard Masters!
