DONNA(farmingdale) was very thorough as a Car Sales Rep, very knowledgeable. Walked in to sign paperwork/pick up a Vehicle. I seen another Vehicle at that time. Loved the vehicle. Donna made the changes quick,Happy Mother Day leaving in style.

I went with my boyfriend to AutoRama for him to sign the paperwork to get his new car and I was very anxious at first. When we sat down with Ryan and he went over everything from how my boyfriend’s credit score affects his payments to the importance of refinancing and making his payments on time to build his credit, my anxiety was put to rest and suddenly I was able to enjoy the experience with ease. I grabbed a card on the way out to keep them in mind when I’m ready to buy another car. Ryan has been in the business of credit and auto sales for 21 years and his knowledge was comprehensible. A+ team! Thank you all!

The team at Autorama in Farmingdale were great to work with. Sandy was very helpful over the phone, she was the one who made initial contact after I had sent an inquiry about a certain car I wanted. She provided all the details and answered my questions with transparency. Donna also helped in talking to my insurance broker and provided the necessary information to make the process smooth and painless. The finance manager Ryan was great, personable and very knowledgeable and put me and partners mind at ease. Overall I had a great experience and thanks to the team at Autorama I was able to purchase my 2021 Chevy Equinox with little to no hassle. Very good service.
