When we walked into Stoler Lexus we were warmly greeted by Mohammed. He introduced himself and subtly remained available for questions while we looked at the two models of interest to us. From the moment we met him, he made us feel comfortable with his laid back style. After taking a test drive in the RX350, we discussed the various trim levels, the options I wanted and the pricing. Mohammed offered us several choices from stock or soon to be delivered vehicles, but also he searched for vehicles in another Lexus dealership. We felt the deal we were offered was fair and without pressure. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, he took us through each step of the process and we drove home that same day with the car of my dreams. I felt that Mohammed's professionalism and demeanor were definitely a contributing factor in the purchase of our new Lexus RX 350. I truly recommend that if you are in the market for a Lexus, you go visit Mohammed. I believe he will do his best to make you happy. I also have to mention their financial advisor, Rich,

Very nice waiting area and service is efficient along with attentive staff. In terms of improving a bit more consideration could be add in the form of discounts to ease the financial burden keeping up with needed service.

Today, we purchased a Lexus GX from Stoler Lexus in East Farmingdale, and I want to specifically commend Samantha for making our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. From the test drive all the way through to the end, she was exceptional. Even after everything was wrapped up late on a Sunday evening, Samantha stayed back to make sure we got our belongings from our old Lexus, including our rosary beads, which meant a lot to us.
She went above and beyond by taking the time to sit in the vehicle with us, going through all the apps, and setting everything up. This is what true service looks like. If you’re heading to Stoler Lexus, I highly recommend asking for Samantha. We're loving our ride back home in our new Lexus GX.

Craig Miller worked his magic and was able to get us into the car that we wanted without any issue. I recently purchased a 2021 rx350 at stoler. I called a week earlier and spoke with Tom the manager and he assured me that him and his team would find me my perfect RX. And a week later they found it as promised. Tom hooked me up with Dave who was amazing and stayed with me all the way and even today I have his cell number if I have any questions. And nick the GM even came out and said if there is anything that I ever need to come and speak to him. Also Craig in finance was amazing and worked really hard for me. In closing I would like to say that my complete experience at stoler Lexus was 5 star all the way from beginning to end. I would highly recommend stolar Lexus to anyone looking to by a Lexus. Ask for Tom the manager or Dave. They are amazing. But everyone at stolar Lexus was more than willing to be of any help. Can’t say enough about this dealership. Thank you
