This store is trustworthy, very reasonably priced and has a gorgeous selection of jewelry. Lisa helped me to select a communion cross for my son she was very knowledgeable and very patient. I highly recommend this store.

My husband and I got our wedding rings here (Kay helped us and we had a great experience) and when it came time for my daughter's christening, I went with my brother and within 5 minutes of being there he picked out the most beautiful cross for my daughter! They were so helped up and I was also able to get my rings cleaned free of charge every time.

Brought an engagement ring in to have a stone replaced, the jeweler happen to be there and suggested I " raise the stone" maybe I was wrong for assuming they would be raising my basket head higher, however they changed the entire head to a pin head, I requested it fixed and they said ok and it came back the same just a little shaved down, I requested the basket put back on and they did put the basket head back on however the ring now sits crooked, so significantly that I can't wear the item. I took the item home and didn't even mention it to the jeweler out of fear of further disaster. It sits in my safe until I can have it fixed by a real jeweler. I continue to pay for the botch job monthly as they do allow pay off options but it's a huge waste of money. I wouldn't expect craftsmanship from this place. Maybe just buy premade pieces or get your watch batteries changed.

The only word that comes to mind is amazing. The staff does not rush or push anything on you, they work with you in getting what you want. Bought a tennis bracelet which my girlfriend loves and I also bought an engagement ring, Kay guided me took her time in helping me get the right diamond and setting. All around fantastic experience. Proud to say my girlfriend is now my fiancè with a ring she absolutely loves. Can not thak them enough

This place is the biggest rip off my wife bought me a bracelet that they over charged her $2000 for. I went today to go an exchange and or return it they offered to give me me $1500 dollars for the same thing they charged her $4500 for. They also claimed to sell her 20 more grams of gold then that the "gold guy" told me it weighed. I feel bad for anyone shopping here that actually thinks there getting a good deal here. Never mind the woman I watched paying $3000 more for a watch. Do your do diligence shop around before going to piss away your money to a bunch of crooks.Just an update. I knew something was fishy when a man named John told me how much my bracelet weighed. He continued to short me 20 grams of gold ! !!!!! The actual weight is 58 grams he proceeded to tell me it was only 37! You should go get your scale checked but this isn't the first time they told me less then what my gold weighed!! I have checked 3 more places that all told me the correct weight of my gold ! Not 20 grams less! So according to the price they gave me, they are trying to rob me of another 800 dollars due to the difference in the price! Do your due diligence save yourself a headache and a ton of money!!!!!!!! is that good? Also considering that it is in their book and on the receipt that they had sold me what is alleged weight of the bracelet not the way that this guy John is telling me, so how stupid can you be?

Myself and my family have been customers of kay/artistic jewelers for approximately a decade now. I can't even put a number on the amount of pieces that have bought from this store. Two years ago my husband and I were looking a Diamond for an engagement ring. We were told we would get a call when the diamond came in, which we never did. We would go back to the store several times and each time they would forget who we were, what we were looking for etc. We were presented with a diamond which we then took to another jeweler who ran the serial number. Only then did we truly see all the imperfections in this diamond. Now I question anyone who buys a diamond from this store. Including my own family members, who knows what they got.I also got ripped off for a gold bracelet I bought for my husband. After purchasing the bracelet I was informed by several other jewelers that i paid almost $2,000 more then what i should have paid anywhere else. Even if you go in today and find out how much they charge per gram on gold is ridiculous.

Its rare that you walk into a store and have such a pleasant experience you HAVE to get on the internet and leave a review as soon as you get home. But that was the experience I had today with Kay and Deb.Though I was there for repair, and not a purchase, I will absolutely be back for a large purchase as soon as I have one to make. Their customer service and general demeanor from start to finish was unmatched.Kay is 'Old School' so their web presence might deter you - but that would be a mistake. You can tell she's got years and years and years in the Biz and her staff (Deb) are equally as knowledgeable and kid.I will be sending everyone I know here moving forward, whether its for a consultation, general advice, or big purchase - this will be my go-to jeweler moving forward..You know that feeling you get when you're walking into a Jeweler and you think they're about to take you for all you got? Well, this store is THE OPPOSITE. You can tell all they want is the happiness of their customers and repeat business.10 stars, all thumbs up. Couldn't have had a more pleasant first experience.

Kay Is The best. She will work with you ,if you want a payment plan. Her staff are amazing as well. I highly recommend this store for all your jewelry needs. Been coming here for 25 years.
