Another scam company company. They have multiple shell companies. They ruin your items. Rummage through your stuff and hold your items hostage. Be careful.

Horrible customer service and movers for the delivery portion of the move refused to actually carry items or enter the house.Booked the company for a move from Manhattan, NY and to a suburbs outside of Philadelphia. They used 3 movers for the pickup and move out of my NYC apartment and everything went well. Next, they stored the items in the warehouse for a month. Booking the final delivery of items was extremely difficult. Tali, the main customer service person, stated they weren't sure if they were able to deliver my items with the dates scheduled from my original contract. Ultimately, they delivered the items on the requested date.The worst part of the move was the delivery of my items to the Philadelphia suburbs house. First they did not arrive in the 6 hour time frame provided and were late an hour. One of the mover wanted to leave the items in a detached garage and refused to enter the house. He stayed in the truck, made personal calls, and complained that he could not walk up any steps or carry items. The second mover did all of the work. At least one item (step stool) was lost and never delivered. As a result of only one mover provided for delivery, damage was made to the wall and a 3 foot gash in the hard wood floors from moving a dresser to the second floor.The company offered me $100 for these damages and loss of items. I have tried to call the company and they have not returned my call. Tali, the main customer service person, has refused to get back to me for several weeks about my concerns for the company to fix the floors, which is valued at about $450.This company is not reliable and cannot be trusted.

If you want to have your belongings delivered to your new location DO NOT use this company. They also double the estimate to NOT get your stuff.

This company is the worst! Do not use them! Look at their Yelp Reviews. You will see the truth about them.I had my hottub in storage with this company for over 9 years and I paid Ronnie over $11,000 to keep it safe. He sent it back after 9 years filthy, boot marks in the tub, 4 panels missing from hottub, heating element gone, main control board gone, four pumps gone, and they gave me back the wrong cover.I've been speaking to Pali, a supposed manager who lacks customer service and interpersonal communication skills. All she does is scream on the phone and deny any wrong doing.Seriously, worst company ever! I'm shocked as Ronnie the owner seemed nice on the phone but now he's disappeared. Supposedly he's ill.I will not give up until justice is served!

I paid the company over $11,000 over a period of nine years to store my hottub after Hurricane Sandy. I never envisioned it would take almost a decade to rebuild my home after the storm, but I kept paying the owner Ronnie month after month to keep my hottub safe. The hottub waa finally delivered a month ago to what waa supposed to be a joyous and momentous occasion! It waa far from it! It came back with dirt all over it and inside the tub. There were boot marks from someone walking in the tub! And it was vandalized! They sent back the wrong cover, four pumps /motors are missing, the heating panel. Control box, and three front panels and one side panel. The owner Ronnie, who I thought waa a nice person has not been in touch with me since I've been told he's ill. I've been speaking with Palu. a manager, I'm told who doesn't talk but shrieks. Yells. And denies any wrong doung on the phone. My last email days ago has gone unanswered and when I called today she would not speak with me! The company took my $11.000 over 9 years , allowed my tub to be vandalized while in their possession. And completely denies any wring doing. I got back a shell of a hottub. Why on earth would I put a shell of a hottub in storage I asked Pali and Pau $11.000 for storage? I could've bought a new hottub! Deny and blame. That's Pali's response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! Hire a company that takes ownership for their mistakes, not blame the customer and accuses the customer of lying!

After showing up over an hour later than given window, the driver hit a vehicle trying to park at my first location. Then after wrapping and packing my things, two large furniture pieces were just left in the driveway. At the second location, the driver took two and a half hours to get to. Wrapped and packed all my belongings and again left furniture that they did not go back to get. The whole time one of the movers continually called me “baby.”After asking several people, I never got an estimated delivery date!After complaining I was ignored for a week and FORCED to pay my FULL invoice despite not having all of my furniture or they would put it in storage I wouldn’t have access to. This company is a joke, they hire anyone, no one is accountable, they just want your money.Ps. This absolutely is the same company. So don’t reply to me telling me I’m complaining about some other company. Cause this is you! All American Van Lines!!!

I see there are other All American Companies. Don't confuse them with this company from Farmingdale, NY. This company is not the same company as some reviews shown! This All American is 5 stars and more! I have used this mover over and over again and highly recommend them to everyone! Many movers have a bad reputation but not this one. I am so glad I did the research, and I am happy to give them this glowing review. It is well deserved. This company goes above and beyond time after time. The customer service is awesome too. If you are moving ....whether far or down the block call All American Van Lines. Believe me you will be happy you did!

I have moved many times while in the military. I know the schemes that they employ to get your service and then use tactics to raise the price. When I decided to go with All American I was on video for three hours, going through all the furniture I had and even gave measurements of everything. I had some marble tops and large furniture which we accounted for. I was told that they would use extra care to package the marble and was given reassurances that it would be done correctly. I was very clear with Josh (first contact) that I did not want for them to arrive and then tell me that my goods were over the allotted cubic feet and for them to gouge me for more money. So, I agreed to 200 cu/ft extra just to be sure. We walked the property and I told them to NOT bring a truck larger than 22 ft as it would not make the turn into the driveway. He put this in the notes for the movers. Just to be sure, we added the long haul fee onto the contract. When the moving day arrived they had given me a time of 8am-12pm. They showed up at 3:30pm with a 36-ft truck which could not enter the driveway. The driver, Pancho then did a walk around my house and told me I had more household goods than was stated and would cost me more money. I became furious as Josh had assured me that this would not happen. I was then told that they would have to rent a shuttle truck to bring items to truck. I told him that I paid a long haul fee, but he refused to walk. The shuttle fee would cost me another $1,200.00 I said I would not pay this and tried multiple times (more than 15x) to call Josh. After more than two hours I became so frustrated that I just told them to leave and I would find another means of transportation. It was then that I finally received a call from Evan who is the regional manager and I agreed to pay $600.00 dollars for the shuttle truck and they would assume responsibility for $600.00 and credit it back to me. They were done packing at 1:30am!!When my goods finally arrived at my destination, I was told that I need to pay in cash (which was fine) but nowhere had they credited me the $600.00 After more than an hour of making phone calls to his bosses, I finally spoke with Leo, who is the owner of the company and a credit was given to me (as they had not received their cash yet). I thanked him for calling me on MY phone and the truck was unloaded. Upon unloading the truck, a large piece of marble was literally folded on itself (as well as other significant damages to other items). I was then told by the driver to call Leo on Monday to report the damages. I have tried to call Leo on multiple occasions, and have left multiple voice messages but he has refused or blocked my calls/ messages. I am now stuck with a destroyed piece of marble and other items.All American is untrustworthy and does not follow according to what they state. They are just interested in getting your money and using unfair tactics to raise the price of moving. They assume NO responsibility for damaged done to your goods and then leave you with unusable furniture. While it is easy to blame the employees, Josh, Pedro, and Evan for their misleading tactics, the fault should start from the top. Leo, who is the owner, should set a better example to the employees of the company, and set higher expectations of service. This, however can never happen as Leo has demonstrated everything that is wrong with the company.I would not recommend All American Van Lines to anyone.

I contracted this moving company to conduct my relocation from Long Island, NY to Fort Lauderdale, Florida on November 2, 2021. On Tuesday November 16th, 2021 the movers arrived at my home around 7pm and began bringing things into my home and in doing so, i realized that they had damaged an expensive "country barn" style entertainment center for the livign room and also lost some of the pieces for my kitchen set. After speaking to a representative of this company i was offered a measly $150 to rectify the problem although i have substantially more damage than that. When i rejected that offer the girl at the company said" let me know what you would like to do because we have the right to take the offer away." As if anyone with common sense would accept an offer like that. I was also told that this company would be handling this move from start to finish but along the way they subcontracted it to another moving company and another truck which made the move take even longer. I recommend that if you are moving do NOT use this company, period. I have also just reviewed the owner Ronnie's comments about my demands which are completely false. The damage exceeded some simple scratches and the offer of "fast cash" is the same as saying accept this marginal and insulting amount of money and go away. As a potential customer, i urge you to look at the numerous bad reviews this company has and decide for yourself.
