First off the phone number for this post office is wrong. It's 716 area code. Not 585. I filled out a forwarding address card at the beginning of June 2023 and they never sent me a confirmation letter to verify my new address. After speaking with the USPS several times at the local office and Buffalo office they're deliberately returning to sender all of my mail instead of forwarding as they should be. I filled out a forwarding address card before I left and verified my new address at my new residence and apparently they can't get it right. After speaking with the girl at the Farmersville post office today. I guess I have to hire a lawyer to go after them for the financial distress they're causing me, from the failure of this USPS employee. Does no one take pride in there work anymore. She was very rude and unwilling to help, putting blame on the entire system.
