Lying lazy fckin workers(some)...mail person lied and said package was delivered at 12:15pm at mailbox..
*we are living in the world of 2024, where EVERYTHING is video recorded!!!
Mail person didn't come to deliver mail until 3:24pm...and without my fckin package.
Make it make sense!

Delivery lady misplaced my package last week and I went to the post office to figure out where it was. Turned out she just put it in the wrong mailbox. Today my package is lost again!!! Im going on vacation in 2 days and I need my package! I dont even have time to go to the post office. And the asian lady that works there will not help you and is rude.

They have the worst postal service made 100 complaints and post master is just as bad as the carrier's. Vivian is no help she needs to be replaced

If I could give 0 stars I would for Far RockawayLocation. How do you only have 1 person at the window with about 15-20 people online. 1 lady came out to help with drop offs and pick up...she took the lady package and left it on the counter aa she stepped away for almost 20mins or so.
They need to get workers that want to work and get rid of the lazy workers or get extra help.. I stood in line for almost an hr or an hr.
The workers need to be monitored and let go if they don't do their job

This is the worst USPS location in Queens. The workers often go to the back and do not come to the front for extended periods, When they are in the front they move and talk so slowly. At one point will this USPS location change the way they do business? The lines are often out the door and you should expect to wait for extended periods of time if you come to this location.

Mail carriers seem to be blind since they keep putting my mail in other people mail boxes and I have to track it down, came home at night to see my BACHELORS DEGREE IN SOMEONE ELSES MAIL BOX

Very dishonest and non-reliable post office. They will either marked your packages as delivered when they were not, or they will just say undeliverable address specifically when there is bad weather. Somebody needs to be held accountable

Terrible mailing service. Three of our packages were marked as returned to sender during thanksgiving week. They never attempted a second delivery day. I understand how busy the holidays are but that is not right.

I was supposed to receive my package on friday, but the elevator wasn't working, so I rescheduled for saturday and no body came with my package. And the elevator was working on Saturday just fine. This post office are very in responsible.
