I went there yesterday March 30, 2024 to get my phone activated which I just got from Apple?. Well I should've known my his demeanor, attitude and unprofessionalism from walking in I wouldn't get a good customer service. He act like he didn't speak English and told me connect the phone where I got it from. I told him i have service w metro pcs. He said I have no internet to connect if. I asked to borrow wifi from the store, he claim he didn't know the password. I'm like of course not, by the way I tried to transfer the line by myself and it didn't go thru cause of this esim stuff.
One he didn't even open my account take my pin or try to do anything. He look so irrate and upset, idk why. So I left a my phone and had to go to Metro pcs on Mott ave to get it connected. This excess driving up and down caused me to get a speeding ticket trying to avoid the store being closed. It was 7 pm. All of this cause of a disgruntled worker who seems to have no experience. And he closed the store early, hiding behind the counter laying low to avoid people. no hi or welcome , how can I help! That spanish guy lives in the area and walked home. I hope God blesses him today Easter Sunday!!!!

It was late in the afternoon thankfully the store representative was very informative so I was able to choose phone with no problem she also informed me about T-Mobile wireless so I will be able to acquire this service on my next paycheck

Don't buy the of Stylo 6. It has glitches and problems with the system. They purposely turn the phone off so you cannot reach them. I have insurance and my phone is on back order. I was suppose to change insurance which noone told me about. Just remember these companies have to make sales. Buy the phone you like and what you know is good quality like Samsung or an iPhone and buy it from T-Mobile.
