“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”

“I came here due to the fact that the reviews were off the charts and I’ve to really be honest, it’s definitely a 5 star rating in my book. The staff from jump treated me with respect and mostly with care. Ms Betty Flore was very helpful and gave me a breakdown on my situation at hand. There’s no doubt that I’d come again if I had to but I’d also recommend this urgent care center to anyone that needs assistance and especially when it comes to our healthcare. ☺️”
“I brought in my 8 and 5 year old for blood work this morning. Everything was efficient and the wait time was short. Front desk was helpful in obtaining scripts and the phlebotomist was amazing! My older daughter had had trouble in the past with bloodwork because sometimes it’s hard for them to find the vein. However, she did a fantastic job in finding it and quickly did both procedures with no pain and luckily no tears! Thank you so much ! I’d recommend to anyone for a quick, pain free process.”

My son is only one and had never gotten blood taken before they made it so easy. They both were so sweet and caring with my son. Would definitely recommend the location and to ask for Mashal(Michelle) or Marsha!”

“Overall I've never had issues with this location. Most times I've gone I'm in and out within 15 minutes. The wait time really depends on the timing. A few times I've gone the wait can be longer if they have a lot of people needing to get blood drawn. The staff I've interacted with were all very nice. I'm glad they had updated to the new suite a few years ago since the waiting room is now a waiting room. If it does get crowded they suggest leaving your phone number on the sign in sheet and they will call when they are ready for you.”
“Lissette was very sweet and super helpful. Answered all of my father’s questions and even helped ease his worries. Very fast and efficient. We showed up super early for our appointment and she attended us anyway. Definitely recommend!”

“The phlebotomist was the nicest person! This will be the place that I will go to for my blood work from now on. No wonder it was so crowded! It's a small place with one phlebotomist. If you don't have an appointment, you can wait for awhile. If you have an appointment, there might be still a little wait but it's really understandable considering how crowded the place is.”

“I went to this office and thought I had made an appointment for Saturday morning. Once I got there and submitted my information I realized that my appointment was for Sunday. I then had to enter myself as a walk-in. I had to wait, there were several clients waiting ahead of me and it was 30 minutes before closing. There were 2 phlebotomist working, Donna and Zaria, they were both very pleasant and professional. Donna drew my blood and was patient with me when I asked questions about the amount of tubes draw because it wasn’t the usual amount. She took time to explain everything and assured me it would be fine. I’m not sure why this facility got such poor reviews but the were exceptional in my opinion. This office is also one of the few open on Sunday. I would definitely use them again. Thank Donna and Zaria for your work ethic clearly shown.”

“This place is better than my regular physicians office! Clean, professional and prompt service. I’ve gone several times already and have always been impressed. They follow up with you too. I had a uti and they called me after they checked the bacteria to change the antibiotics to one that would do a better job killing the bacteria. Don’t hesitate and it’s not usually that busy. I’ve always been seen within 20 minutes.”
