I’m going to give this particular Dollar General 1 star because they deserve just 1star and one star only. The whole store has a toxic vibe from the moment you walk in. The managers are clueless and the cashiers are Horrendous. The attitudes from the cashiers are as if they’re doing me a favor. The cashiers aren’t even dressed in proper work attire. They come in dressed however. The Men cashiers aren’t so bad but the female cashiers have huge chips on their shoulders. This Ghetto Dollar General needs New management ASAP and I’m reporting them to The BBB. I myself was disrespected by a female Hispanic cashier at this store and I’m a regular customer who spends plenty of money at this store each week.

Ok…. Where I do begin with this store….. Well for one thing they’re always out of Merchandise and store itself is Dirty. The floors in that store could use a Good Mop and Buff. The Women cashiers are Rude and more often than not are Disrespectful. I used to go into this store every Saturday but now……. No I go into this store maybe once a month. I mainly go to Target or Costco now.

Whoever was at the register on this beautiful morning around 10:40 am was very rude and has no type of customer service. (Which it was too early for) she was having a whole conversation with her friend who entered the store as I was being “serviced” while in the middle of her conversation I asked about adding money onto my account she said aggressively that I had to pay for the items I was purchasing first, which I did with no problem… Then the machine is all of sudden not working?? Put a sign up or something It doesn’t make sense, hire people who can do the job we spend hard earned money here and I’m sure the staff don’t work for free.

TO THE WOMAN WORKING AT 12 ON NOVEMBER 28TH, PLEASE GET A NEW JOB. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME BECAUSE YOU DONT UNDERSTAND DOLLAR GENERAL IN STORE PICKUP? JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE HAVING A BAD DAY, DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO COME AT ME. NO NEED TO BOTHER COMPLAINING, YOU WONT BE THERE LONG ANYWAY. THE GIRLS BEFORE YOU LASTED 2 WEEKS. THE GIRLS BEFORE THEM LASTED 1 WEEK. GOOD RIDDANCE. PLEASE GET A JOB WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE NEXT TIME.

Body wash, Tide detergent among other items are located behind the cashier... behind the counter. When you go shopping for those things.. most people want to.smell it prior to purchase.. why do I need to wait for a transaction to be done..in order to smell something that is absolutely intended on a customer to purchase? Makes those who spend there money.. feel like they are the thieves. But you want my money.. NOPE!!

I love the new store and the employees are nice. I loooove the prices except when one day somethings a dollar and some change then the next day it's two and some change. But still, great store. I like it. ?
