I always have a pleasant experience at CVS. In my opinion, nothing to improve upon except need more Staff/Workers.

To the pharmacy in the back, very unprofessional, disgusting attitudes, impatient, and slow pharmaceutical dept I've ever encountered. Plz drive out of the rockaways to another pharmacy to receive your meds because this aint it. I wouldn't send my dogs meds here.

Just went to this CVS yesterday it was terrible really went down hill from when they first started here. The rudeness was unbelievable i’m not shopping there anymore definitely don’t deserve my money. All of the workers need training on customer service even the managers

I’ve been trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy department for 3 days. No one answers the phone, it goes to voice mail. Horrible service
