The manager there is a dumb showoff..I stood in line listening to the way he spoke to his staff is was just awful he should be fired!!..very poor service..

Closed all the time!!! And the manager seems to get upset when customers come looking for some service.

One of the worst bank of America’s I ever encountered. Especially considered this is the only branch in far rockaway. The manager acts like she never wants to help previously encountered this and I’m like black woman to black Woman that’s messed up. Just came from there whole place is blocked off I hope it reopens
