I accidentally used my previous address as my shipping address. Delivery driver took the initiative to redirect my package to my new address. I don’t expect other people to fix my mistakes. This kind of service deserves all the praise it can get! ?

4 packages on 4 different dates. The ups driver drops them at different houses. My house number is VERY visible. Absolutely terrible. 17 years at this address and you guys are the only ones who mess it up.

First time here, did not know what tonexpect, however I thought they would have at least had a service counter. Fast and friendly, answered my questions about shipping internationally.

My package has taken wayyyy too long to get here. Finally it arrived in NY state.. Each location it arrived at it was processed and moved very fast. It arrived in Falconer before 5am today, and is still processing, and i will be forced to wait until Monday to receive this expensive, delicate package.UPS is horrible, my email from them listed a date, then the tracking number right next to it listed an entirely different date, then they both changed. Now in Falconer they just leave my package so I am forced to wait 2 more days for no reason.I was excited for my delivery, almost 2 weeks later, i am just upset, i'm not excited for my item any more. I am enraged by how awful UPS is, and stressed out because i don't even trust it will arrive intact, with how bad UPS's system appears to work. This is not the first time.DON"T USE UPS. Use FedEx or better yet; USPS

This is a UPS package sorting facility / Customer Center, not a UPS Store. You can buy boxes or envelopes here typically but only during the restricted hours of operarion. The staff here are nice and very reasonable. Despite the company restricting it's hours of operation they will usually still try to help. As long as you have a paid shipping label on your package you usually can drop it off but if you need to pay for shipping and don't have a sticker on it then you will have to wait until the evening hours for the person who runs the customer center to be in.

Have a two day express delivery from Texas to Jamestown. SSD shipped UPS should have shipped FedEx. Would have been delivered on time and to the correct address

UPS is THEEEE best. I wouldn't EVER use Fed Ex. The experience is like night and day. Just save yourself the grief and use UPS. The guys in our area ROCK.

A great center.is tucked away,but worth it. The previous place I went to,things had to be linked with a this and that...not here. Very helpful. Look for cars on the immediate left when pulling in,and you'll see across the lot,the customer door.there is a sign right by the entrance.
