My heart is absolutely shattered. My dad has taken our dog Asher here for years and two weeks ago he brought her in to be looked at because we were all very concerned for her, the doctors brushed it off and said she just had arthritis. However last night she wasn't doing good at all she was rush to buffalo where the doctors there told us it was impossible for her to have arthritis and that she had cancer and one of the tumors burst and she had blood in her stomach! I am absolutely disgusted with this place and the treatment our our family dog!! Do not bring your pets here! We will be contacting our lawyer! UPDATE!! (We have now lost 3 of our fur babies due to the neglagence of this vet. They told us our cats had a form of covid and pressuered us to put our cats down, when we recieve the records of our cats they tested negative for this virus and our male cat was given a shot for heart worms and pregnancy which non he had. What the hell is wrong with you people i cannot even fathom the lack of empothy and the lack of willingness to do you jobs properly. For the Vet Amanda i hope you have a damn good lawyer because you most certainly will need one.)

We moved to Frewsburg a little over a year ago. I was so thankful that Falconer Veterinary Clinic took us on! I have 2 mischievous barn cats that when they were kittens they were always getting into something!! Well , one morning letting out my draft horse our kitten Cream ran right in front of the hoof as it was coming down and gave him a compound break. Dr. Mary took us right away and in the midst of all this Creams brother Cookies got a wound on his side so off we all went. She had to amputate his leg and kept both of them for me for 10 days as I was getting ready to go on vacation the next day. I love that they love every patient and family as their own Dr. Mary also takes care of our dogs Ginger the Husky, Harley the Australian Shepherd and HoneyBee (or HoneyBeast because she rules the big dogs!!) I love this veterinary clinic and it's staff! Her prices are reasonable and if you get the answering machine just leave a message. They ALWAYS, call me back within the hour of leaving them a message. Heck, I leave messages when the clinic is closed and they get back to me the next morning unless it's an emergency I usually get a call back pretty quickly You can't go wrong choosing this clinic

A short expected wait, but Dr Mary and her staff are friendly and professional. They treat pets as their own and don't rush: they answer any questions make you feel valued as a customer. Very reasonable rates. We've used this clinic for over 40 years.
