My vacuum cleaner belt broke the other day. I knew where to go. But then I heard many commercials on the radio about their 50th anniversary. Brian Nelson is just the nicest guy. I don't do online shopping unless no stores around here have what I'm looking for. Shop local and help small businesses. I'm glad Falconer Vac Shop is still there. Go there for your vacuum cleaner needs and they have plenty of outdoor furniture.

Brian was very nice, and returned my call right away about a Rainbow, and I mean't to say Kirby. He said a few days, so I am thrilled at this point! I got the Kirby back yesterday around 12:30 pm and it works GREAT! I also, received a phone number for someone close by to clean or service sewing machines since my warranty is over. I got bags, belts, and my machine back. Folks, he has Refurbished Hoover Shampoo machines for $150.00 and warranty's for a year! Check him out!
