EXTREMELY rude women work here. And that’s putting it nicely. If you dislike people that much get a job where it doesn’t involve interacting with people. Every time I go in here they are rude to their customers. Just got off the phone with one and was shocked by the way she talked to me. I’m switching to RiteAid. It’s not worth the disrespect.

Dunno what the problem is with the workers here especially the old woman. Her rude demeanor and ugly attitude makes it so you cannot overlook her ugly and drawn out physical appearance. The pharmacist was extremely kind so I have absolutely no clue why they’d have a troll working the phone and register. Looking at the other reviews I’m astonished she hasn’t been fired. Definitely leaving this pharmacy. I understand it’s a drop in the bucket but it needed to be said.

I will NEVER, and I repeat NEVER set foot in falconer CVS ever again. The pharmacy staff that I spoke to were incredibly rude to me, refused to answer the phone for my doctor to speak to them about important medication that I need. I asked them if they’d talk to the dr on my phone, they refused. Then after waiting half an hour in line, I get greeted by the rudest person ever. Talking over me, attitude for no reason when I’m just trying to pick up meds so I can have a freaking baby. Unbelievable.

This place is absolutely worthless, they have Mom's meds so messed up that they might never be right again. They have a new voice mail feature that they use now instead of answering the phone, most of the time they don't call back. I guess a live person answering a phone is too much to ask.

Lots of unique items as well as quality pharmacy service. Always a sale on popular items. Some things are a bit expensive but all in all, a high quality pharmacy.

I went to get my covid shot and I had a severe reaction to it. I had a mini seizure and all the pharmacist people just stood around and watched. no one helped me, no one checked on me, no one called the emt or 911. I was 100% neglected while having a mini seizure. they told me to lay on the floor and go home and if i get worse go to the er.

Sent the prescription to the wrong CVS, and of course the CVs that they sent the prescription to (Falconer CVS) closes early on Sunday, so my son goes without his necessary medicine bc they messed up. Show up bright and early Monday morning, walk into Falconer CVS right when they unlock the door. Stand at the the closed gate at pharmacy window for about 12 minutes before an employee tells me that scheduling double booked the pharmacist so there’s no pharmacist. At that point, the employees were extremely rude and of no help whatsoever. They need to remove the word “pharmacy” from their store’s sign to avoid litigation for false advertising. Will never use CVS again. I might add that this prescription, as well as other prescriptions, have been messed up more often than they’ve been filled properly or on time. Absolute joke of a store. Steer clear and avoid wasting your time with this store, and this corporation as a whole. Good luck!

Very rude behavior doesn’t even cover it…..I phoned mid afternoon for an elderly woman from Randolph who was visiting me and she needed to get back home as it was getting late and the weather was rainy….my friend is 87 yrs young. The rude person I spoke with said, “whatever!” when I tried to explain the situation…that she need her RX…...is there no kindness anywhere anymore?

Feel like CVS pharmacy was a great help because they always provide exactly what I need at an affordable cost to me and I feel like CVS pharmacy are collectively and individually a great asset and a great resource for all your pharmaceutical needs and well as other things that they have which come in a great convenience

Said your prescription will be ready Saturday. Went to pick it up and they said they deleted the remainder of the script. Now it is Saturday I am out of medication and have to go 2 or 3 days without it. Great Job?
