“After a cross-country move back to the area, my car was making a terrible scraping sound. I called around to several garages to see if anyone could take a look and just let me know if it was safe to continue driving until a repair could be done. I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they’re really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move. We will continue to go see Joe and his crew any time we need to have work done on our vehicles. He’s the absolute best and such a kind man. This garage deserves your business!”

“I was far from home on vacation when my engine light came on. I have a diesel, 24ft long, 10ft tall Sprinter van. I called around and most shops wouldn’t/couldn’t work on it because of these reasons. One of the shops recommended these guys and I am so glad they did. I was willing to wait a few days to get in. Luckily for me, they had a cancellation and was able to get me in that afternoon. They did full diagnostics and gave me a report of other things to keep an eye on or get repaired in the future. The culprit of my problem for this visit was a teeny, tiny hose that an animal had chewed. Everyone there was super helpful, friendly, and respectful. Thanks to everyone in the shop and a special shout out to Tina for being hospitable and just a great person to talk to.”
