“I cannot say enough great things about this place. I lost my puppy Thor a few days ago and they were nothing short of exceptional. During my difficult time they made the process go smooth and took a lot off my plate. They waited till I could get there even tho they had already closed when I called. I was not rushed to say goodbye and was told to take as much time as I needed. They treated my dog as their own and showed him so much love. I knew from that moment I had went to the right place. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Im so grateful from the bottom of my heart for everything they did for me. Thank you guys so much!!!! ❤️”

“When we were worried about our boston terrier, the staff at the office got us in to see him quickly. Unfortunately, we did have to put him down, which was shocking and devastating to us. That being said, Dr. Zimmer was absolutely incredible and we are so grateful for how she handled it. She explained everything clearly and kindly, and was so supportive through our loss. It was a horrific day, but Dr. Zimmer and the staff did everything they could to help us through it. They wrote the kindest letter to our family, and made a donation in our pups name. We miss our dog so much but are grateful that Dr. Zimmer helped us say goodbye peacefully.”
