I originally went in for to have them look at what I thought would be a new muffler installation. It turned out that they could fix the muffler without charging me 1400 for a new catalytic converter and muffler system. I immediately liked these guys when I realized that they just saved me $1,000 instead of charging me. Then I went in again for a because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be nothing and I don't even think they charge me for that visit. All in all, I just trust that North Coast Auto will take care of me and my vehicle and I don't have to worry about them overcharging me. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust who is also courteous and professional. Highly recommend”
