Well run ! Can be busy especially for early morning blood draws. Mid week around 1pm is a good time for nonfasting blood work.

Everyone is always so nice! I am very nervous with blood draws and they always are accommodating and do their best to distract me.

Todd, Kendra, and Daniel were amazing with my daughter and me when we both came in for blood draws. My daughter was very upset and nervous with having to get her blood drawn yet they were very patient and supportive of her. My blood draw was complicated to no fault of their own but they treated me with great care. We appreciated their compassion!

This was my first time at this location having bad experience in other local U of R Labs. This is by far the best U of R Labs in the area. Check in was fast and efficient. Todd called me back to do the draw, saw my nervousness, and was beyond kind. Talked me through it, and he was done before I even realized it. I cannot say enough about how far his kindness really went. Hoping to be blessed enough to get him next time I need a blood draw.

Check in process was so simple and I didn't have to wait too long. Front desk staff was super friendly and Anna who drew my blood got it on the first try! (which is rare for me). Will definitely come back to this location in the future.

The wanna be nurses at the desk / call center are insanely rude , they talk to patients as if they are an inconvenience and shouldn't be bothering them at work , I signed in and was called to my appointment from the parking lot and once I said I'll be right in they said have a nice day and I came into my appointment just to be told they won't do my labs and I need to leave the facility

You would think waiting 50 minutes for getting my blood drawn would be the worst experience but it was the women receptionist who was rude and Impatient to almost every person who checked in. There’s something about being rude and nasty to little old ladies that is just a special kind of wrong.

The ONLY place I will go for labs! This is the only one that has never messed up any part of a blood draw (and I've had many). No more blowouts!
