Went today to ship several items. They helped me unload my car. Customer Service was wonderful!! After having a horrible experience at UPS Webster. Thank you so much Fairport Crew!

Agree with other reviews - older slim guy is extremely abrasive. The very elderly man in line next to me asked that employee if he thought his box needed more tape and the employee replied, “well, there’s a hole there! I would say yes!” in an utterly disrespectful tone.
The young, white female employee then proceeded to THROW my package, clearly labeled as “GLASS BOWL” on the ground. When I looked irritated and reminded her it was a glass bowl, she shrugged and smirked to the older slim employee.
Come on - we’re all just walking each other home. Is it that hard to be nice?!

Absolutely the best service experience I have had in a long time. I was greeted warming and professionally and served right away. My package was wrapped with care while we had a very nice conversation and they wished me a good day. Would go back in a heartbeat. My preferred mailing location going forward.

The manager is abrasive, rude, and acts as if every question is a waste of his time. I was berated for wanting a separate return address than my own, and he wouldn’t stop asking why- that’s my business, not yours?

Went into fairport packets landing location and associate J. Was very rude. He made it seem like I was wasting his time with a Amazon return. Started stating things that need to get done when Amazon's website does not state the same.
If you get 2 boxes and the items come as a set, you need to send in one box due to one label. And the Amazon site states individual packages sealed...not anything about combining them.
So as the associate was belittleing me in front of others, and whipping out the Amazon handbook, then after I ask if they can tape it together he says for 3 dollars or so.
So why didn't he offer options first instead of complaining there was only one label and continue to treat me like I'm the idiot?
When companies work together there may be miscommunication on policies but to hold the customer accountable and treat them anything like a valued customer is just poor attitude and just glad I'll hopefully never need to go back there. I'll drive another 20 miles as like as J isn't working.

Normally this store is very quick & easy to get in and out of, never any issues. However, the morning of 3/16, the young girl waiting on people could have cared less someone was standing in front of her. She looked ticked off at the world and every comment I made to her, while I brought up the return bar code email, was met with silence and an annoyed look. Some social skills / customer service classes are definitely in order!

I have been going into the UPS store in Fairport for many years. Every time I visit the store I have had a consistent experience. The people that work there are very helpful.In a recent visit I went in and John went above and beyond to explain and offer assistance to me, as well as another man Sergio.Thank you for the GREAT customer service! You were most helpful! :)

The manager was very helpful in packaging up my return to Amazon. I didn’t read the instructions properly and he was more than helpful in getting the situation handled. he provided packaging at no charge and expedited the process immediately. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of packaging or UPS services

As I see many other people have said, the older slim man is rude and abrasive. I never have issues at other UPS stores but this man was not nice.

The staff here is great and works very hard to get you through the process quickly. They are the only reason I can give two stars. The manager or owner is always rude, abrasive, curt and extraordinarily unfriendly. He acts as though any question is an imposition on his time and his answers are never courteous, simply delivered in the most brusque manner possible. I can't think of a single business I've been to in the last ten years where the person in charge so thoroughly discourages repeat business through the way he treats people on even the most routine tasks.

While the younger employees were quite stellar, the older slim guy (manager?) has often been nothing but abrasive. I do like that this location opens at 8:00am….so I continue to go there to send my packages. Sorry to leave a negative review but, hey, if the shoe fits.
