Place is very clean. Machines are very nice. Had quite a bit of laundry to do and yet was able to get it all done fairly quickly with all the machines. Would recommend this place to anybody needing a laundromat

Clean and water use effectively. The gentleman explained very friendly and professionally how to use the card and what is offered in the laundromat. I like everything about it. Except that drying will cost $0.50 for just 10 minutes. I had to run it at least twice to get everything throughly dry.

Brought one load of laundry here to wash and someone stole from it without my notice. Being in a rush and burnt out working 55 hr weeks I didn’t realize what was stolen until I got home. When I reached out to the business they tried to tell me I was confused and must not have brought the items that were missing in attempt to gaslight me. I am 100% positive my cognition is intact and don’t appreciate the way I was treated. I had no expectations when I reached out to them, and I’m not sure what would have made me feel better. That was certainly not it. I will not be returning.

this is a great laundromat. new machines that work, they are clean and so is the facility. an attendant was present when i visited and she was busy cleaning and wiping down each machine after use! thank you for keeping such a hygienic laundromat! the machines are card fed so its extremely convenient.

I haven’t had to use a laundromat in years. Needed to dry a large item and decided to go to this laundromat in Perinton.What a pleasant surprise to find It immaculate with new appearing washers, dryers and interior space. The best part of the experience was Ryan, who is employed there. He was very helpful, kind and professional!I won’t hesitate to go back.

Very clean and well maintained. You will often see an attendant addressing machine issues, running cleaning cycles on washer/dryers, or ready to assist with questions or the occasional need for a bandaid. ?
