Everyone i talk to who lives in Fairport believe this place ruined the small town charm of Fairport. you can see this all the way from the main street and its a huge eye sore! Its to bad they bought their way into this small historic village.

Absolutely gorgeous. Love the units and the common areas. The canalside view is beautiful.

Overpriced drywall cubicles, claustrophobic. Crown molding would help the wall space. Exterior resembles project housing. Uninspiring.
