“I had the pleasure of shopping at J Jill at Eastview Mall this week. It was like a high-end boutique versus a regular mall store. The women were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made suggestions to create outfits and how to wear various pieces in a variety of ways. And they were so helpful in the dressing room, volunteering to bring alternate sizes and more. I’d highly recommend this store.”

“I had a really wonderful customer service experience here. When I needed a different size of jeans help was gladly offered before I could even ask. I could hear the attendant helping many other customers too with a playful jolly… this mood made everyone’s shopping experience nice, I could tell, and I felt very comfortable and supported.In fact, I only went in to buy some belts and jewelry I had preselected online… but the natural, fun, and respectful nature of the stores mood I felt welcome to linger and browse. Because of this Madewell sold me three more pairs of jeans and sunglasses. I am actually very pleased with the purchase because the attendants helped me decide on the best fit of the jeans with some styling input. So I leave feeling happy to have gone, satisfied with my purchase, and convincing my sister she needs to go with me next. I suppose my message is that management should endlessly value their employees, and patrons can rest assured they’ll have a very pleasant and customized visit at this store.”

“I introduced my sister to your store and while there I noticed a sweater I had purchased less than two weeks prior to my visit to NY was on sale. Kristyn Pearl was the only sale associate at the time. She had 5 customers in line and efficiently helped each customer. When my sister was checking out, opening a new account with Ann Taylor, Kristyn heard my comment about the sale of my sweater. She Went ahead and looked up my purchase and gave me the discount for my sweater. She was most kind and efficient with all the customers in line. Their employees greet you the second you walk through the door and ask if you need any help. I’ve bought tons of clothes here whether it was for me or for a gift, this is my go to place. They have great brands from Nike to Jordan to Ethika. I definitely recommend this place the next time you go shopping.”
“I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”
