Both employees were pleasant, and took the time to explain what happened with my post (somehow the address only had my name and apartment number but not the street address, so I didn't get the envelope and they couldn't find it at first in the office, but the tracking number did have my address attached so I got a notice about my letter being at the post office).
Never felt condescended to or like I was an inconvenience for getting mail. Interior is very standard for a post office. Entrance seemed to be easily accessible for wheelchairs.”
“I had 3 boats transported - 2 from savage river and 1 from Florida. All of them arrived without a scratch. I think it's important to note that this is a family owned business and the timing of transport won't always fit your needs. I didn't want to make the drive from Texas to Maryland or Florida so I let them know when the boats would be ready months in advance and as time got closer, I would give them updates to they could plan accordingly. The boats were ready months before they were able to get to them which should be expected because they are driving around the entire country picking up and delivering boats which is the only way their business model works. Was happy when the boats arrived and also happy they were in perfect condition. Would do business with again.”

“The post office at this location is very neat and clean and has a very good selection of needed mailing essentials. The office is in very close proximity to my residence and has excellent access into it from the main roads that intersect at the location.”
“We've lived in Farmington for 10 years and get 10+ packages delivered weekly. In all that time, we have only had an issue with 2 packages and the folks at the office cleared them up the next day. The office staff and carriers could not be more courteous. We're lucky to have such dedicated professionals.”
“Victor, NY 14564 post office. Decent size, well stocked with Priority Mail boxes and slips. Really like how large the package drop off is inside. Also has a self serve kiosk inside.”
“The regular staff does a nice job. They are friendly and responsive. I get in and out, though sometimes there is a line but that might be due to people wanting to frequent the location. Where the P.O Boxes are located, just as you enter the building, is small but relatively clean and organized. This is the only post office use.”

“My husband thought he needed a monitor cable because our monitor was not working. Staples Penfield NY was out of stock of the cable. The sales associate offered to check the monitor in the store. It turned out it wasn’t the cable. Sales associate said it may be the video card. Since our computer is old we are now thinking of purchasing a new computer and will be buying it from this Staples because of the helpful sales associate.”
