You guys got the tires on and it drives straight, for that I'm thankful. BUT... the guy at the counter, Michael, has no business being the first person customers deal with. He's great at pointing out all the ways the task can't get done as well as things that don't matter in the slightest. Remove him from the equation and it would have been a much better experience.

Terrible. Patched our tire and didn’t put it back on the car. Wouldn’t let me schedule an appointment to put the tire back on. I had to wheel it to my car and find another option. Unprofessional experience. This place is a joke.

These guys were amazing. Came here for an oil change a few months ago as it is on my way home from work, and I’ve had a few bad experiences at another location. They were awesome then, gave me a heads up that tires and brakes were in my future. Came in this weekend and got that work done. They called and confirmed everything including inventory before hand. After I dropped my car off, got updates during the day. Up front pricing. What really struck me was how responsive and caring they were when a new problem (unrelated and nothing to do with them) popped up a pick up. They could see I was upset and they were awesome. Truly care about the customer, make things right. I have to drive twice as far to come here from my house, but these guys have got a loyal customer!!

Fantastic customer service! I was stressed on due to a tire that started leaking Friday morning and a full day of work/weekend schedule. I called two other places first and they could not get me in until the following week. Monro fit me right in and when I arrived, they took me immediately. They were able to patch the leak (from a nail) right away and everyone was so nice! What a relief. Highly recommend!

Was having an emergency with my brakes and was taken immediately when I walked in. The employees were extremely nice and the service was fast and efficient.

It rained, it poured and then the tire on my rental car went totally flat, but a ray of light came through at Monro Auto! These kind folks patched my tire me and had me rolling along in no time.

They were amazing!! I can’t give enough thanks for all their help. I was traveling out of town when a service light came. They took me right in with issue and helped from start to finish all areas of customer. I’m completely greatly appreciate everything they did for me.

A month ago we took our van in because low tire pressure light was on. Got us in quickly. After discovering piece of metal in one of the tires, thoroughly explained our options without any pressure. Ended up buying two new tires and we had our van back by the end of the day. Today, light on again. Returned to store, took in immediately. Diagnosed problem as a nail in a tire and a faulty valve stem. Repaired quickly and no charge - so grateful and no charge - total surprise but WONDERFUL!!

Canceled my NYS inspection appointment 2 days before it was scheduled to happen, due to "not having a state inspector". Now it's too late for me to schedule anywhere else.

Called a few days ahead to schedule an oil change and inspection. Was told to drop it off Saturday at 8am. Once there he said “I hope you’re not planning on waiting, the mechanics don’t get in for a while”. I said nope, just need it later this afternoon, by 3 would be great. He said I’ll have it done by 2. I called at 2:30 and was told it was on the lift and should be done in 10 minutes. I said ok I’m passing back through the area at 3:30 and can get it because I won’t be back through until the next day. I got there at 3:30 and car was not finished, was told they ran out of oil and had no one to run 5 minutes down the road to get more. Ok I’ll have to get it tomorrow. I got a call at 4:30 saying it was done and it was ready for pick up. Told him again I won’t be in the area until the following day. Then when I looked at the bill I was charged $58 for wiper blades to pass inspection without a call first. I could have picked them up for half the price at Walmart which is 5 minutes down the road across from autozone (where they have oil). After all this he then wanted to argue with me about the milage on the car, saying the mechanic said this is what was on there and I showed him a picture of milage from a month before, 100,000 mile difference, not just a couple hundred. It is a company car and milage gets report and the reason I had to push it. You could not pay me to return to this place. The whole operation left messy.

I have a scheduled 9am appointment and monro is closed. I've been waiting for an hour and still not open. Thanks for nothing, corporate is going to love dealing with me especially when my warranty is through this location.

I use this location for all my tire needs ( which is often). They always get me right in and always willing to help me out in a bind. Abe the new manager is AMAZING! He was so kind to me and got me right in today. I definitely appreciated his amazing customer service and look forward to working with him again. THANK YOU!
