“This was my first time at Julian’s. They came highly recommended & I had been disappointed with other places in town so I gave Julian’s a try. I brought 3 suits, 5 shirts, a blouse, a dress, and my Irish wool sweater. Everything came back clean and beautiful. My husband was very happy with the starch level (medium) and the press of the shirts. I was worried about entrusting my heirloom quality sweater to anyone but it came back plush, clean and like new. I was very pleased with the customer service at drop off and pick up. I really like the app, it’s very helpful and easy to use. I’m a customer for life. Thank you so much.”
“This place is very clean compared to others, but stainless steel tables are filthy. I always bring a heavy duty cleaner to laundromats and my paper towels were black. Took about 3 passes before they were clean.”

“Absolutely 5 star service! These guys took on a designer purse cleaning no one else in the area would and my mom is sooooo pleased with the results! She can't believe they were able to get her (6 year old) bag as clean as they were! Great value too for the amount of work that was needed! I saw folks with regular clothing and comforters being picked up as well when I was in the shop for drop off and pick up so I know the community trusts them with everything. I highly recommend using Leary's after this experience as they're the only dry cleaner I'll be using in Rochester in the future!”
“This is my goto laundromat, everything's perfect. But today, May 6, 2017 @ 9:11, I put $20 in the change machine and it only spat out 4.75 & went out of service. The laundromat supervisor wasn't in at the time, and theres no number to call, so I'm only leaving this review as proof so I can get refunded the 15.25 that I did not receive”
“I love the atmosphere. It's clean, quiet, has wifi, a tv, and is never crowded when I go. The owner can work on his friendliness. But I'm thankful I have a place to go when my washing machine is down.”
“Been to a bunch of laundry mats, this is by far the most well kept one. Clean, owner very friendly. Takes pride in the location and equipment as she was there scrubbing and shampooing the seats. Plenty of washers, dryers, soap vending machine, and quarter machine actually works. Well done and thank you!!!!”

“I’m giving a high rating because of the fact that it is open 24/7! And it is clean! And it doesn’t feel like a sketchy place for an 24 hour place.And plenty of room for seats and tables to fold! They have a snack machine and the radio is playing music at a nice volume. Bathroom would be nice to have instead of having to run out and find something else open to go. And unfortunately, we have had a lot of times that the washers are not working properly and the dryers. Love the fact that it’s open 24/7!”
