“Tried out the Spa for a Signature Facial. Thinking it needs to be a monthly visit! We will definitely go back.
Loved the waiting area with large windows that offered amazing views.
Service was prompt and attentive.
Rooms and changing areas, sauna, all clean and quiet. Truly a top notch visit and we felt right at home.

“Everything was clean and tidy. The room decor is a bit dated but everything is well taken care of by the housekeeping staff. Upon arrival I stood behind another guest who was complaining about her room location. The lady working the front desk handled the situation with a very professional demeanor. We only needed to stay for one night but I would definitely stay here again.”
“The general manager offered exceptional customer service. First, when my first room had a temperamental heating unit, she immediately moved me. Then, when I needed to extend, she offered me a good rate. Finally, on Monday morning she unburied my car which had been covered by the snow storm.
I cannot imagine that going that far to assist customer is part of the job description--that is an EXCEPTIONAL level of customer service.”
“I was already going to leave a good review for the cleanliness to value ratio, but now I’m leaving an EXCEPTIONAL review because of Thomas, who went above and beyond by jump starting our van with his personal car, getting is on the road on time during a pretty rigid travel schedule.

“The Bella in general is a really cute place. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. And it was immaculate ! We had the economy room. Only one side of the bed is accessible, so one person has to move to let the other out. The bathroom is in the corridor, which we didn’t know until the day before arrival when the host called us.
We have stayed all over the world, and so do have places to compare to.
We would recommend it, but you have to be able to overlook the small inconveniences. ?”

“This property is all about location, right on the canal. Rooms are fine, nothing special. No pool or hot tub. Spa services quite expensive. Restaurant at hotel served an excellent breakfast.
Walkability: Several restaurants nearby as well as great dairy for ice cream. The hotel does have a shuttle that will take you to places nearby as well as the airport.”

“Under new ownership! The new owners are really cleaning up the place. Rooms are being renovated and the property manager Jeff works hard to do everything to make sure things are running smoothly. Can’t beat the location and views.”

“The hotel is well located in the center of downtown. While the city has a limited amount of things worth walking to, the things that are were close to the hotel and made it easy to get to. The hotel itself was clearly renovated recently and the renovation did a good job with the rooms clean and in good condition. Only real critique is that there were no towel racks which seems like a weird design omission during a remodel. The hotel restaurant had good food and the employees were extremely nice. It's honestly a recommendation if you're looking for somewhere to eat going there is not a bad choice at all. Overall if I were to stay in Rochester again I would book this hotel again.Rooms: Rooms were recently remodeled and are in good and clean conditionWalkability: This hotel is centrally located in downtown making it walkable to different restaurants and suchFood & drinks: The food and drink of the hotel restaurant was very good no complaints at all and definitely would recommend”

“Lovely service and experience at the Woodcliff. May have had some bumpy times during Covid but they have come roaring back. The restaurant is amazing - be sure to try one of the pastry chef's specialties and the sea bass was to die for! They are renovating the lodging and have already renovated the spa. A beautiful sunset dinner and view is worth every penny.”
