They provided the vehicle I asked for & it was a great ride! I wished they'd gone over the vehicle with us as the heat & most other things were done on a touchscreen. We're not used to that. Carl was pleasant to deal with. I'd rent from there again.

After waiting 2 days for enterprise to not pick me up or honor my reservation. Hertz came through last min Carl is super nice fella too!!

I am very pleased with Hertz! I needed to swap vehicles for my own comfort and the manager Karl was very accommodating! They are fast and efficient as well. I will definitely be back! Thanks for a smooth rental process

They need to constantly be managed by the customer. Not only did I incur an unexpected $108 fee that was eventually returned I know have been mistakenly charged $113 that I'm told "will take sometime to get back" because the car given to me while mine was being repaired wasn't properly marked as returned - even though the insurance has communicated to them and I the rental will be fully covered. If this has been expressed requiring a deposit in the first place clearly leads to nothing but trouble if you aren't keeping an eye on your bank account. 1 out of 10, do not recommend.

I downloaded the Hertz app and got a confirmed reservation for a modest sedan easily and quickly at a fair price from the Fairport location. I showed up on time and was told that they only had an SUV available and that I’d have to pay more for that. They were not interested in honoring the price that I was quoted on the reservation. I passed.

The women I spoke with at this store was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful & rude. She told me they do not accept the kind of card I had for my existing booking whatsoever, and also was told that she couldnt cancel my booking and I would have to do it (Obviously she could she was just mad lazy and aggy for some reason ?) Then they proceed to charge me $70 for a booking that was supposedly successfully canceled. They still have not resolved this issue or responded to any emails. Just go to Enterprise. They’re way better & more professional ?

Great place to pickup and drop off. Carly is wonderful to work with and always has everything in order. "Girl Boss" First Class Customer Service.Updated 11/22/2021 - Once again Carly was stellar in making my rental experience A+++++. By far the best customer service of any Hertz location.

This is the WORST company I have ever delt with. Carly and her General Manager Rachel can not tell me WHY they are committing fraud to my account. They have continued to ignore and attempt to push it off on to someone else without providing answers. When talkign to Rachel with providing the rental number she stated "I dont know why we are charging you. I cant tell you anything." The entire experience has been a nightmare and now my card has to be shut off and replaced as that is the ONLY way to ensure they no longer commit any more fraud on my account. I do NOT recommend Hertz! I would not go to the fairport NY area as you will end up with tons of fraud charges and employees who do not even know how to do their job.

Great place to rent a car if they don't have the car you want they find it and there is a lot up places in the same area where you're able to go to to get the care you need
