Horrible customer service, giant pain. Caused huge amount of unnecessary stress, hopefully we can figure out how to go on our trip tomorrow.

They provided the vehicle I asked for & it was a great ride! I wished they'd gone over the vehicle with us as the heat & most other things were done on a touchscreen. We're not used to that. Carl was pleasant to deal with. I'd rent from there again.

After waiting 2 days for enterprise to not pick me up or honor my reservation. Hertz came through last min Carl is super nice fella too!!
