Owner was very disrespectful. I tried to cancel my membership, though he acted like I was in the wrong when asking questions. He had a “disgusted” look on his face, and evidently did NOT help whatsoever. Do not get a membership here, and definitely stay away from this guy.

i called trying to cancel my membership, asking questions to understand the issue, he blatantly said i was incorrect. very disrespectful as a business owner. disappointing.

Gold’s Gym in Fairport is great. The staff and owners are friendly and very knowledgeable.I’d give Golfs 6 stars if I could.

I joined Gold's a few months ago and it was the best move I ever made. As someone who works out on a daily basis and had been going to the same gym for the past 9 years I was reluctant to make the switch but I am glad I did. There is plenty of great equipment, the gym is always clean (including the locker room) and every time I walk in I am greeted with a warm smile. Absolutely love Gold's in Fairport and would recommend them to both beginners and seasoned gym goers.

Never been here before, but decided to try it out because i can't stand being forced to wear a mask while working out. Very clean, spacious gym. Membership prices and ongoing specials are comparable to Planet fitness.

I just joined this Gold's Gym two weeks ago and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and community of patrons. I'm a type 'A' so I go first thing in the morning and love it. Not to busy and everyone is so nice. I've also signed up for personal training and Maryellen has been GREAT! SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and patient because of a previous injury of mine. She really knows her stuff. And I'm meeting with Paige regarding my nutrition, she also is very knowledgeable and helpful! Todd, you have a great staff! Thank you for all the help I look forward to seeing my results!!

LOVE this gym! It is so clean, everyone is friendly & the spin/weight lifting classes are amazing. It's nice having a community to work out in!
