I dropped my external hard drive that was formatted to my MacBook. It stopped working, and Chris was the only one to tell me he’d look at it for nothing. Wound up able to get everything I thought I had lost—photos, recipes, college papers, music files—off of there and onto a new one I bought and charged me under $100!! Excited about the new location.

Fairport Computers is the place to go for any computer repair or upgrade. I had a PC that needed the hard drive replace. Now it is working better than originally! I also had an old net book that Chris converted to a chrome book. Excellent honest work at a very good price.

Called & requested appt to drop off 2 laptops for security / software updates. Dropped off and was told a few days to look at. After having to call & text for status several times, picked up computers un touched after 2 weeks. Poor communication and not even an apology. Surprised as many had referred us was very disappointed.

Chris has always helped me out. Recently took in my 2015 MacBook on trade so I could get a 2015 MacBook Pro. Very fair price for what I got. Would recommend.

Super sketchy place. I wouldn't recommend walking in there. Prices are high compared to other repair shops. Weird hours.
