Unfortunately, Covid claimed another business when Dorinda had to close and move to Eterna Salon. Great news for me though as she is still the best. Doesn't matter where she is located. (Got a little fun purple that time ?)

Had the pleasure of getting a spa manicure by Joanna!! My toes haven’t felt this great in a long time. Joanna was super friendly and very professional. She did a fabulous job on my pedicure, and I felt very comfortable with all the precautions she took to make sure we both stayed healthy! The salon is up to par with all the Covid restrictions and they are very thorough. We sanitized before and after my visit!! If you are looking for a warm and friendly place to get a pedicure, please go visit Joanna!! You won’t be disappointed

Eterna Salon is the best of the best. The inviting decor; the friendliness and ambiance of the salon makes for an enjoyable pampering. The Owner, Emily, knows every customer that comes in and greets them with a smile. You feel welcomed and a part of the Eterna family while you are there and after. I would highly recommend any of the stylist at Eterna - they all truly have mastered their art! You won’t be disappointed when you go, I promise! :)

What a great salon right in the Village of Fairport! The reception area also has complimentary coffee. They always does a fantastic job with my hair. They're always so nice there too.

I had my eyeliner completed several years ago by Carol when she was at another salon. One eye was noticeably darker than the other. I contacted Carol and she said it was my fault because I slept on that side!

I'm very upset with this Salon, mainly Carol. I bought a groupon and set up a consultation and tried to reschedule 24 hrs in advance and Carol said she needed a 48 hour notice to cancel. That is not specified on Groupon. On my way to the appointment, it was a severe snow storm, I was driving 1 hr to get there. I called Carol on my way and asked if I could reschedule the appt due to zero visibility, she said no and took my $100. Groupon away. I felt unimportant, disrespected and as a result would never recommend Carol.

I went here to have permanent makeup done by Carol. Really disappointed!! My eyebrows were really uneven, and she charges the same amount for a touch up! Not to mention, Carol is extremely unfriendly and acts like you're an inconvenience to her!
