These guys were AMAZING. I was trying to find a mover days before after people ditched on helping me. Most movers were asking insane amounts. They charged a reasonable rate, were on time, did a GREAT job, were super nice, and got everything done. They were even mindful of and friendly to our cat. Despite my own struggles, I gave them both as much a tip I could because of how hard, professionally, and compassionately they worked. Not only do I recommend them, I'd definitely use them again. Thank you SO MUCH guys!!!

I wholeheartedly endorse Jim and E-Z movers. They exceeded every expectation, providing consistent communication and exceptional service every step of the way. Jim worked with us to accommodate a very challenging timeline to move my Mom out of independent living. He proposed a more than reasonable quote, which we accepted without hesitation. He communicated every step of the way with friendliness and professionalism. Both pickup and delivery were flawlessly orchestrated, each phase occurring within promised timelines. Without question, I would highly recommend Jim and E-Z Movers and will definitely use him and his crew for all future moves.

Showed up one man short for a three man crew. Saw them handle glass extremely carelessly. They pivoted the table on the glass surface across a ledge, and the surface was left with full of cracks.

My family was faced with having to do an expedited move for my mother into a nursing home. My Next Door network led me to several positive reviews for Jim and E-Z Movers. Jim responded to my voicemail within a few hours and was so accommodating with our condensed timeline, Jim and his team were so professional, arrived at the time as promised, and were so pleasant to deal with. Our mom's beautiful black lacquer living room set, rug, and a very delicate glass-shelved china cabinet was not an easy move. Jim and his crew delivered it with not one ding or scratch. I highly recommend E-Z Movers located in Fairport and will use them again without question.

Gotta say, I am overly impressed. Andy was great help with answering my questions and always answered whenever I had questions. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a Tuesday and delivered by Friday or Saturday. They picked the car up Monday and had it to me by Tuesday. Not even two days is all it took. I highly highly recommend. Again, Andy did a great job.

Called these folks to move our daughters to their first house 8/2020. They were fantastic! Arrived on time, and basically ran the whole time! When I first hired them I thought they were more expensive but 3 guys showed up! They were done in no time! And we were billed by time spent... time was money! We had things to move from the 2nd floor and up from the basement. Our daughter's new house is old with steep narrow stairs... they got everything moved without scrapping the walls or damaging the furniture. I highly recommend E-Z Movers!

Absolutely wonderful! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and followed needed COVID distancing as best that can be expected. We had a difficult move out of the old apartment and into the new one. But they handled the King bed and the narrow stairwell like complete professionals. They didn't break, scratch, or dent anything. I highly recommend them.

I had this company scheduled since early July. When I called and booked the Appt I was told "Your all set, no need to call we will see you at 8 Am on the 15th of Aug". Well, I called today anyway to verify anyway since the company has no receipts, no actual quotes on paper or digitally, nothing but a verbal "Ok". Good thing I called because they didn't have me on the schedule, so I am SOL since I close on Monday. They offered no solution for me, accept to move me after I close, and that is not a solution. If you want the job done right use one of the well known companies who have accountability and stay away from EZ Movers!
