Worst pharmacy ever. Only came here because it was the only one open today. Pharmacist was a jerk. Very unhelpful and clearly had no idea how to enter in insurance information. Didn’t close med correct and put it upside down in the bag so it was leaking everywhere. Never had these types of issue at other pharmacies in the area. She also acted bothered when I handed her the insurance card as if we were wasting her time. Stay clear of this place!!!

Was there at 1:50pm on Sunday, March 23, needed help in photo department. There was 1 person working until 5pm in a large store. The clerk had a never ending line of customers. I left after waiting 15 minutes. To CVS: get more help! You should not have 1 person working in a large store during a busy day.

Pharmacy is horrible. Had a girl ( who I think has been fired since ) roll her eyes at me when I came in the drive thru, the pharmacy manager is rude and fails to do pharmacist duties such as discuss NEW MEDICATIONS with someone. Had them auto refill prescriptions way before they were due only to un enroll and guess what I am still getting alerts for the refills a year later. I am moving ALL of my stuff from this location. The lack of customer service and competency is disturbing. Move your scripts to Wegmans! They will bring them straight to your car if you need. plus better pricing! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS CVS LOCATION

I get my vaccinations here. The staff is friendly and they are gentle with their injections. Plenty of parking as well as Handicap Accessible

Horrible pharmacy. I wanted to use them because my insurance prefers them, but I get the same coverage other places. Very rude non-personable employees over the phone and in person. My medication I need was ordered Monday - I call on Friday to be told its on Manufacture Back order... Thanks. I have to call them every time for some kind of issue - if I knew this, I could have gotten it filled on time somewhere else. I am transferring all my prescriptions to Wegmans where they are friendly, give options to resolve issues, and have adequate staff that seems to care more. Never again with CVS.
**Update: Guess our insurance MAKES us use CVS for maintenance meds. First day back to CVS and they screw up syringes and gave the wrong kind despite same script and item from provider portal. CVS health is the 2nd largest health corporation in the world behind UnitedHealth and they can’t order things correctly or even get 20-21G needles. Wegmans can though, a grocery store. CVS is a joke.

The store itself is normally fine. The calling system to get through to anyone in the store sucks 100%. I call to get information on a prescription that I have not yet picked up - but I need a # to give from the bottle that I don't have. I am a regular customer that gets scripts from this location, but they somehow can't verify the same birthday I give when I am in the store. There is no operator that can direct the call when the system can't catch up & it is FRUSTRATING. I should not have to travel to the store each time I have a question. Not to mention - the automated service texts me MULTIPLE times a day in a row if I am not there as soon as something is filled.

Cashier was very rude! This morning my mom asked to be cashed out because no one was up front and was told she had to use self check out. Then she asked for help with self check out and cashier acted very annoyed and left my mom twice when she needed to be helped through the entire transaction. Then 2 other customers came up and the cashier cashed them both out and didn't send them to self check out! So my mom left her item and walked out. Cashiers need to be available for customers who aren't comfortable with self check out!

Kristin, the manager at the pharmacy, is ridiculously rude. She had me come in for an item that wasn’t in stock, couldn’t care less, and was nasty and unpleasant during the entire interaction. There are better and more professional places to go.
