My wife and I recently had our driveway removed and repaved by Chris and his team at Charlies Paving. We highly recommend these folks as the work was professional and on time. The customer service was what we expected it to be, and our neighbors were so impressed with the quality of the driveway, that they ask for the name so they could have theirs done as well. Thank you, Chris and team, for a job well done.

Great job. Every spring I had a sink hole in the same spot. They dug it out turns out it was a tree stump Backfilled with stone. Driveway is now in and smooth with no humps or dips. Thanks guys for a perfect drivway.

My neighbor organized a neighborhood "group buy" for new driveways: five houses, five driveways in all. Not just sealcoating: new asphalt.
All of them came out perfect! They're far better quality than the original driveways. Graded perfectly, and no odd depressions, puddles, or rework needed. No more big bump rolling into the garage.
I asked and paid for an extra half inch of depth over the standard residential depth to make sure I wouldn't get any depressions from cars sitting on the driveway, but I probably would have been okay if I didnt. That driveway is not going anywhere.
Charlies was easy to work with, had good communication, showed up when they said they would (weather permitting), and did a great job.
I strongly recommend you get a quote from them for your driveway paving.

I had my driveway and front side walk done in June 2016. My side walk is not level and puddles right in front of my steps and I am afraid I will fall this winter on ice. My asphalt has weeds coming up through the driveway and it's only been 5 months. this was a complete tear out not just a resurface. I have called many times no one comes out to look at it or calls me back. I would like it fixed before winter. Charlie the father did not do the work. The son did and when I tried to tell him about it he screamed at me over the phone. I call the state attorney office and file a complaint. Very disappointed. Never got fixed.

Charlie's paving recently paved my parking lot and driveway for my business in East Rochester off of Bluff Drive. He was personable, accommodating and respectful. He was very responsive and flexible with my schedule. His team got the work done quickly and the end product looks great. I would recommend this service to anyone.

We used this company to do our driveway 2 years ago. We have tried to call them back numerous times since then and have left at least 3 messages to repair/add on to a small section of the driveway, and no one returns our calls. We like to support local, but feel very disappointed in their responsiveness. Their quality was good but their customer service is lacking.

I have had a terrible time with service since the passing of Charlie. I had a brand new install with tear out and I have cracks, low spots where water collects. They promised to seal this year and repair cracks have called numerous times - nothing no response. I saved a long time for this driveway and I had all the confidence that Charlie would have completed the job just as he described - without him it was not completed properly. I'm very disappointed and fear that it will begin to crumble and heave in my areas of concern

Awful awful awful. Crumbing driveway. Will not return calls to honor the 10 year warranty or to schedule the final sealing. Money down the drain for us. Stay away! Crooks
