“I have the dearest of friends who lives in Utica. He’s having health problems and due to work, life, him not feeling like having company, it has been TOO LONG (a few months) of not seeing him. As I was planning to drive out there, I was hearing a sound in my car. Off to the mechanic and have an anxle that is split right open. I told my friend about it ( who knows EVERYTHING about vehicles) and he said ( ABSOLUTELY NOT ARE YOU DRIVING THAT OUT HERE) . I looked up Enterprise and reserved a car. I showed up and ELLIS helped me. I have a 2011 car. He gave me a 2024 car and I felt like I had been given a Maserati!! He got in the passenger side and showed me a few things, made sure I was ‘ good to go’. I was off to Utica with no concerns !! Best experience EVER! Highly recommend!! And they know how to DRESS ?!!!”
“The usual awesome service from Enterprise. Rental price was over $150.00 cheaper than Hertz. They picked me up at my house, car was ready to go when we got to their office and was a very comfortable ride. Got a ride home after my trip as well without having to wait even though they were very busy. The entire rental process was swift and seamless and staff were super friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with Enterprise!”

“Stopped in on a Monday to test drive a couple vehicles and the salesmen who helped us (Owens at Toyota and Evan at Chevy) couldn't have been nicer. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable about just looking and learning, and they encouraged us to take as much time as we wanted in getting to know each vehicle. Ultimately we went with a different brand, but I would highly recommend Hoselton as a place to go.”

“Barry Lingle and his staff at the East Ridge location are the BEST! He prevented what could have been an absolute disaster turning it into one of the most pleasurable rental experiences i have EVER had!
I booked my car 9 months ago at Elmgrove location which closed down a couple of months ago (Hertz - google still says its open - maybe update google?) - i called the nearest branch in panic , the Irandequoit branch on East Ridge and a calm and professional Mr Lingle told us to come on over and he would help us out....
Boy did he! His staff were friendly and courteous , Barry himself was excellent, his customer service skills, quick , concise and knowledgable and we picked up our Subaru and headed off on a wonderful vacation!
Truly went above and beyond - if i could give more than 5 stars i would!”

The staff there are professional, polite, always accommodating..Each time I walk in, I am welcomed with a smile, and a pleasant greeting. The cars are always clean, and well taken care of.
