“Really great experience all around, from booking to service to delivery. They obviously take pride in their work, and were obviously proud of the work done on our vehicle, taking time on the post installation walk though to point out items they addressed, explaining any issues they found, and demonstrating the install.
We had both a full interior and exterior detail, as well as the installation of an aftermarket CarPlay head unit that we provided. We also added (as a surprise for my wife) a remote start unit, which they unveiled perfectly for my wife during the demo. Results were phenomenal and my wife (her car) is overjoyed with the results.
I can’t guarantee that your car will come out as great as ours…but I know these guys will TRY THEIR BEST to deliver a quality product/result!

Original, 6/2024Very impressed with Gerber. My car was hit and run, while parked, for the third time in 18 months, so for it to happen again really got me down. I took my insurance recommendation to go to Gerber. The staff was very attentive and nice. I felt like they went above and beyond and treated me as family. They also called me twice per week for updates on my car which I thought was a great touch. Another plus, I had rental coverage and there is an enterprise a few blocks away. They had a close relationship with Gerber, they picked me up and then told me I could leave the car in the Gerber lot when my car was ready. Between Enterprise down the road and Gerber, I was very pleasantly surprised and uplifting given the challenging circumstances.”
