Worst post office I’ve seen. Your packages always go missing. If you report it to them, you get told “we have a really good driver” like no you do not. And then they say sorry I can’t deliver a 30lb package because “it’s too heavy” (but just last week my 40 lb package was delivered) okay, then why are you mail delivery person… or why didn’t you ask for help.

POS place! Extremely slow and my package was there at 0930 and I live 2 miles away and they still haven’t got my package delivered now I have to wait till Monday!!!!

These people are no help at all and they are very unmotivated on the phone, they give out miss information, and they always seem like they have something better to do then help people with there troubles with mail. Very unprofessional people.

Sending off a package was much cheaper here than at the post office in Watertown. However the woman that was working the desk when I came in was very rude. She was talking on her cellphone when I came in and continued her call the entire time she was processing my package. Very unprofessional.

We recently moved and I have accidentally sent a package to our old address which goes to the Evans Mills post office. Called to ask where my package was because I have not seen an update in a few days with my tracking code. The woman who answered the phone told me that she didnt know where my package was and that I should call someone else. Every time I have had to deal with this post office they have been unhelpful and never seem to know whats going on.
