I will never ship a package here again. The package was never shown as shipped and seemed to somehow get lost. I now have to go through hoops to possibly get my refund. Even though I have a receipt that proves this package was dropped off 18 days ago. Horrible.

This store has double their prices in just two days and could not explain the difference. All items were the same, the state was the same and the price two day ago was $18 and today $36.

Certified Notary professional in store, he just got licensed but doesn’t want to do by himself? Help me understand. Between the other UPS store in town whose notary only works until 3pm and this notary, hard to get anything done in this town.

Don't offer notary services if the notary is never there. Always "she went to the bank" How many times does someone have to stop in here on different days at different times for the notary to actually be available. One visit I waited for over a half hour and no one ever appeared.

Ive been using UPS Store #3919 in Evans Mills services for many many years with always great service. I had a package delivered in July 2021. Due to boarder restrictions, I was unable to pick up the package. I had called the store and informed them of the situation throughout and even called in January 2022 to confirm that the package was still there and it was. I have just travelled to the store, only to find out that my package had been disposed of. I understand it was a long time from delivery to pickup, the COVID situation is in itself a unique situation. The store has all my information including phone number and email address, as I was a mailbox holder. I expected some sort of notification of my package disposal and would have gladly paid extra for the extended storage but I received no notification. So a rather expensive super lightweight jacket was thrown out. Extremely disappointed.

Had a mailbox for 3 years here while stationed at Drum. Never messed up a single delivery. Not once. And they accept everything unlike the post office. It's a game changer. Definitely more expensive than a PO Box but well worth it in my opinion. And it certainly beats having the barracks lose your mail. I've shipped out of there once or twice as well with no issue.

Do not answer phone so you can ask questions. Message says busy with customers. Walk inside and not a customer there! Ask for something to be notarized and they say person is gone for the day. If it’s random they will have a notary then why advertise? Need more than one to ensure you can provide the service.
