At 11pm I called four different towing companies and none of them answered or returned my call. One towing company said they would be there in 30 min and never showed. I called Lacey’s towing and the owner was friendly professional. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes as promised and my truck was out in 20 min. “Long story short, our car was stranded in Canada, just across the border. AAA wouldn't help us. CAA (Canada's AAA) wouldn't help us. Kia roadside assistance wouldn't help us. USAA roadside assistance wouldn't help us. The only tow company that was willing to come up to the border was Van Tassel Towing. Mr Rick was so kind, so timely, and professional. I had talked to the Canadian border patrol to tell them our situation so they were expecting a tow truck to cross the border and it worked out so smoothly. I wish I had known about Van Tassel Towing before. I will recommend them over and over again. Please support local business, and get reimbursed by USAA after.”

“I came to get my fuel pump fixed as that’s what my code scanner tool told me it was. Let them know what happened and such. They were kind. Towed me. They were also fast and I called a lot of garages before deciding to go to them. A little pricey but I’ll take that over someone belittling me compared to them who were kind. Idk why some of the reviews say the staff and owner is rude lol. They weren’t rude and I called to check on everything like six times. Didn’t get mad or sound irritated… unlike a garage I went to in the past got mad at me for checking on my car lol. They didn’t mind. Would go here again 10/10”
“I had unfortunately gotten my truck stuck at my house while doing some landscaping.the ground was little more water logged then i had expected. I had called around looking for a tow service and contacted Jason. At the time he was unavailable, but had given me the names and numbers of some other tow services that might be able to assist. Rather uncommon for a business these days, but was quite pleased that he did. I had contacted another service to come and assist. They arrived and stated that they could not help me out and were not able to do the job. Shortly thereafter Jason had called back to see if I was able to get taken care of. Again uncommon but much appreciated.i had explained that another company was unable to help me and was still stuck. He let me know that he would be over as soon as he could to assist. Jason showed up and was able to un stick my truck that was rather deep in the mud at this point and in quite a short amount of time. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable on how to remedy the predicament I was in. I highly recommend their service. Now I just need to fix the yard so my wife is mad at me anymore.Service: Car towing”
