fantastic service. Just a tip for first time renters. The little plastic numbered "lock" that's on it when you get there is something you are supposed to just twist and break off. Check in can all be done online and you don't need to talk to a person. Prices are great.

Right now if I could give it 0 stars i would. Rented the unit 2 days ago and paid for the month. Today I received an email stating my move out was successful? Drove to the site to see if it was just a mistake and my code no longer works. Going to reach out tomorrow during service hours and see what happens. Will update either way then.

Malysa, the customer support representative was knowledgeable and thorough in addressing my question about insuring the contents in storage. It was easy to speak to someone and helpful that this was possible on Saturday.

I didn’t store any food in my unit. Upon emptying my unit I found dead mice and droppings. After unpacking most of the boxes, I’ve found that many of the boxes have mouse droppings in them and some of my belongings have been burrowed into. Anything that wasn’t covered or stored in plastic has been affected. When the company heard about the infestation they offered no compensation of any kind. I understand in my rental agreement that the owner is not responsible for any damage to my belongings. However, this has been a horrible experience. Do not store your items here, especially through the winter. I suspect the mice came from the field behind the facility and came into my unit seeking warmth. Pictures are after I emptied my unit.
